PolandI would give this hotel a 10 if not for the most inefficient breakfast service ever. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, but, for such a big hotel, the space to eat in is super small. You literally need to line up for an hour to get in. And the breakfast is on,y available from 7 to 10! You are really better off booking a room without breakfast. Also, there is no electric kettle in the room, only a Nespresso machine.
I loved everything about this hotel. It feels brand new and luxurious. The location is excellent, close to the subway station and to city’s attractions. The staff speaks English. Things are delivered to your room swiftly if you need anything. The room is gigantic and beautiful. Mine featured a spectacular city view. The tv has foreign channels (!). You really don’t want to leave this room.😉

United KingdomWe loved the hotel but found the inclusive buffet breakfast limited. The toaster disappeared one morning so no toast that day. Fried eggs & omelettes are done to order and painfully slow to arrive. However the positives far outweigh the negatives of the breakfast and we would love to return.
We had a corner room on the fourteenth floor and the views over Yokohama were amazing, so good that we didn’t close the blinds at night to maximise the experience. The room was large and clean and the bathroom was also superb. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.

The rooms were big and comfortable to stay in. The bed is amazing. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, shopping centres and pier.

This brand new hotel is one of the best experiences I had in Japan. Great location at Yokohama. We can see Mt. Fuji from our room. The room is clean and spacious. The electric blind is excellent. Woke up, pressed the button and you can see Mt. Fuji on your bed!
