Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Check in process is ok but then passkey to the room is so long and the keypad doesn't always work fine so you basically have to hold your phone on one hand to see the code and keep trying to get it right with the other hand, room had unfinished wall, a small fridge that doesn't cool anything and an ac that was also not very good
Location wise it's quite close to the airport with some basic shopping nearby. Just about enough for a stopover to catch a flight.

As this is place close to the airport, we planned to leave there luggage on last day on the reception. BUT there is no reception and therefore no place to leave luggage. We had to use airport storage.
We have arrived early before check in and they tried to help and make room available sooner. Thank you.

Bed was small for 2 people and rather hard. No tea or coffee available
Very close to the airport and perfect if you need a bed for a layover. Let's of places to eat near by Taxi to airport was only ¥1100

Check in process is not clear and a bit complicated for me. The price is reasonable and location is near to the airport, which is convenient if your flight arrived midnight at the airport or you need to catch early morning flight.

There were no staff physically available to talk to. All communication with the hotel staff had to be carried out via an ipad. The process of checking in can be a bit tricky as it's all done online.
Considering the distance to the airport, I thought this place had very reasonable priced rooms. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in.

A Short walk from Haneda Airport, convenient since it has an automated check in and check out, we arrived around 2am and had no problem checking in.

The hotel should have a place for keep a guest Luggage. I think most of guest have an early arrive and they need place to keep their luggage.
The great location very easy to get the train to Haneda Airport ( Anamori-Inari Station ) We came early but we don't know how the self check inn system work and the Filipino woman (housekeeping) had a very good English and very good service. That's help us a lot.

Everything was perfect expect their facility to store luggage or early check in . Neither they can offer you to store luggage nor early check in . I mean before 15:00 hrs . I believed they aren't expecting tourist in their hotel or they don't want to facilitate it but apart from that they're in more advance like theatre style design and check in ,check out system .

Check in complicated for international travellers with no mobile connection. Although there is a wifi network available in the lobby to assist travellers, it's not prominent. This led to almost every traveller ringing the help desk for assistance. It's not that intuitive.
The projector entertainment system was fun. Bathroom spotless. Wonderful washlet toilet. Not far from the airport. Numerous restaurant options available and a few convenience stores.

Too short bed. I m 180 and my feet was outside bed. Besides matres had a deep spot in the middle so was really uncomfortable.

Room entry pass no. is quite long, but its not big matter.
The room is comfy and clean. There are lots of Convenience store like Seven Eleven, Lowson, Family Mart on the way to hotel from Anamori-Inari station.
