    Luggage storage upon check out.

    Mandatory paying additional Yen use or not use the onsen facilities. Booked to adults person, but they supply for 1 person all the bedding, toiletries, cup,etc. You need to come down to request because no internal phone :(.

    Easy check in. Big public bath. Comfortable beds.

    Broken sink, stained floors, dirty in general. Very expensive for a basic business hotel. They call it Livemax "premium", but I've stayed at random worse business hotels that are 1/5th the price and much cleaner. Bad value!

    Very close to the snow festival location

    Noone explained the Hokkaido Love coupons to us.

    The room was very clean. Even though we had only one set of towel and sleep clothes, the staff quickly brought more.

    The windows were not see though, so we couldn't enjoy the view in the 12th floor.
