The super friendly staff, free shuttle to the train station on departure, Onsen was the best!!! Free delicious ramen in the evenings, free lollies and coffees! Location perfect for the Memorial park, and food village and shopping, really excellent choice to stay in Hiroshima.

Nice hotel, close to the train station and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial museum (15 minutes walking). It was very clean. I really liked the Japanese bath and the sauna. They also serve ramen on the house, but I did not had the chance to try it.

The spa facilities on the 14th floor were such a lovely added benefit. One area for men and one for women. The hotel is in a very central location with great bars and restaurants to enjoy in the evening. Comfortable bed.

Zero English, staff had to use Google translate to ask me: "do you have a reservation?". I mean as a receptionist you should know a couple phrases if you work in a hotel in a big city.

Convenient location in walking distance to downtown Hiroshima. Lots of restaurants and bars on the way. Hotel staff is very friendly, public bath is available and very nice. We liked our stay there.

The location... is okay. To be fair I struggle to call it a GOOD location, since majority of the public transport just don't go near this hotel after ~21:00, so you'll have to walk quite some from the nearest hiroden (tram) station. The nearest conbinis are also a bit too far for my liking. This is not a downside, but there is no "neutral" option on booking.com: the default pillows were quite small and hard, however we've managed to get another set at the reception without an issue.

Not my first stay in Dormy Inn, so I generally look at the usual "package" they offer and how they execute it. This hotel managed to do it - it has a great spa area with a very nice "local" touch, half-portion noodles at the evening, the rooms were good and the service helped us with luggage forwarding (takuhaibin).
