The rooms are dated. I don't recall the last time I had to use an actual key, chained to a wooden stick, to unlock the room. The hallway from the elevator to the rooms are always hot. I did notice some dust, on the table by the bed, a piece of trash on top of the spare toilet paper roll, and some unknown hair in the bathroom when I checked into my room. The A/C in my room took some time to cool off the room, but was it did cool off, it stayed comfortable. The lack of a vending machine with beer was a surprise. But there is a Family Mart across the street, with plenty of drinks to choice from. Parking can be a challenge, with a small number of parking spots at the hotel. There is pay parking in the area, but you have to read the Japanese signs to know which spots are available, and what, the prices are. No English TV. It would be nice if they at least had CNN or BBC international available.

The room was larger than a typical Japanese hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet at night. It is a short walk to the Hon Atsugi train station, with several shopping and eating options available. The refrigerator in the room was ice cold. I like that they have a large selection of pillows you can pick from, along with many other amenities. I also had several hangers and enough space to hang up my clothes. And best of all, no silly key card slot required to turn on the lights and A/C. Pay laundry, with free soap is available, and the machines worked well. There is a Denny's (good American type breakfast), and a Royal Hoist (Black Angus steaks) restaurants within a 10-minute walk.

The breakfast was very basic I wouldn’t bother with it next time. There are plenty of choices outside very close, also a supermarket less than 100mt with a good selection.

The place was well set up & for Japan a fair size room. The brochures in the room explained everything you needed to know. The location was great within walking distance to everything. With a bus stop out front.
