Nothing to report. I would have loved an allowance to use a bike to vist the city in a quicker way.

They could do more in the area of skincare. I think they provided one set/pack only when I stayed for 3D2N.

I went during Summer 2025. Booked this one cos it's conveniently located. Loved the location. Rooms were surprisingly big (bigger than the ones in Osaka or Tokyo). Hotel has an onsen facility, which I didn't use because I dislike onsens during Summer. Staff were friendly. Oh I forgot my booking came with breakfast. breakfast was delicious - you can choose Jap-style or Western-style. Jap-style was more filling. Easy to get to various places like Hasedera Temple or Enoshima.

The room was very spacious and relaxing. The hotel has a villa-style concept and is conveniently located close to the railway station, within walking distance of a supermarket. There’s an onsen on-site, and in the evenings they offer free snacks such as onigiri and miso soup, which were delicious. We felt very happy and relaxed during our stay and will definitely come back again next time.

An exceptionally pleasant and intimate hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's excellent location allows you to always feel comfortable. Everything is close by... good restaurants, the train and bus stations. A very pleasant onsen. The Japanese breakfast is excellent! We highly recommend this place. Krzysztof and Renata from Poland.

Amazing hotel, big bed in a big and comfortable room. Kamakura is the perfect place if you like to walk. it will take you one day to visit all the amazing shrine, and another half day to visit enoshima island. The hotel is perfectly located to do everything.

It is a bit of a distance if you want to walk to either the beach or certain temples and sightseeing locations, but there are also buses one can take. As we prefer walking this was no problem, but to some it might affect the location choice. Their public baths do not allow tattoos (but the room does come with its own bathtub). We asked and they said you can bathe in the public bathhouse if you cover it up but it was a very Japanese "yes, but" so I would suggest not doing it out of respect for the other guests and follow the hotels wishes.

It was super close to Kamakura station and very easy to find! Close to both food and convenience stores. The hotel looks and the atmosphere was more "high end" than I imagined and the staff was very kind. The room looked exactly like in the pictures and were super fresh! You get a free small night meal you can grab from the reception (miso soup and a rice ball each) for each night you stay. We also got a complementary skincare kit for each night. We were four women and this was highly appreciated, overall it was a perfect place for our family. There was also 24/7 access to a coffee machine in the lobby which we used for tea and coffee everyday.

The don’t have blinders. Thus, for more sensitive people this could be issue. I am quite sensitive to light when I am sleeping, but they offer you eye blinds. It workout for me.

Good location. Public baths available. Washing and dry machine. Coffee and amenities. I would definitely recommend it.

The toilet door and the bathtub didn't provide enough space for me to move around in the bathroom. It will be better if it is a sliding door or opening outward door.

The hotel is conveniently located in Kamakura. The staff is very friendly. We also have a late night snake and warm miso soup.

Modern, well-located hotel, though the room size was unacceptably narrow (to fit the bed).

The size of the room was too narrow. My double bed had of the order of 10cm on each side to the wall. It was not possible to walk along either sides of the bed to get in. This was a disappointment.

A modern, clean hotel, that is very well located (just 5mins walking from the main railway station, and 7mins from the main shopping street). Staff very helpful.

The breakfast is the same every morning, so if you stay for many days (we stayed for four) it may get a bit repetitive. But it's very good and delicious.

This lovely and charming stay was in the perfect location in Kamakura, ultra convenient to the local train station, cute downtown areas, and restaurants.

Just wrapped up a fantastic stay at Tosei Hotel Cocone Kamakura! The location was perfect—just a short walk from the station and close to all the local sights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a calm, traditional vibe that made us feel really welcome. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful Kamakura stay with a touch of tradition.

My room was just ok and I think a bit overpriced for the size and how old everything was. The carpet is quite stained and, although the room was otherwise clean, that aspect felt quite icky. I would love it if the plastic kettle was replaced for a stainless steel or glass one.

Great location - very easy to get to from the train station. Public onsen at the hotel is a nice addition, especially since it was raining the days I was there.

Needs blackout blinds in room. Breakfast hard for me as veggie. Only can choose from Japanese and western breakfast. When they took the meat and fish out there was hardly anything left. Bathroom very small.

The room was way too small for them to include a little table and two chairs. It blocked access to the fridge and the path to the other side of the bed. I recommend that they remove these entirely.

Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance from the main train station. Close to great restaurants and local train lines to the major sights. The hotel breakfast was nice and the on site sento was great to have after a long day of travel and sight-seeing. I would recommend staying here.
