There was no restaurant close to the hotel, which meant a 15 min drive to the nearby village for lunch and dinner. The hotel serves dinner, but the menu does not change, and only lists a few set meals.

We loved the location in the lush, green forest and by a crystal clear lake. Onsen and the restaurant were really nice too. Staff was also very friendly.

The surroundings are very beautiful, and the common areas such as the common hall, bathhouse, restaurant, and garden are all comfortable and refreshing. The rooms have good views, and the breakfast is excellent.

The location is too far from the bus station. It is not suitable for the customer coming to Lake Towada by bus.

Some staff attitude were not helpful nor friendly. Bathroom is a bit small but the common hot spring bath was nice but wish the open hours were a bit longer so we can use it after breakfast.

Lake View was really nice. You can see sunrise from the hotel. Some staff were helpful and friendly. French restaurant dinner was pretty good. Free coffee at lobby.

The older hotel and the facility was not updated. The carpet, especially to the Onsen was very dated.

My room is on the first floor and because there isn’t much sunlight so there is a little bit small of humidity which I dislike, so the stuff lend me an air purifier and it works

This is a very great leisure hotel for holiday. The location is great. The view of the lake is very pretty and wonderful. I highly recommend to book a room with Lakeview because it is very relaxing. The breakfast and dinner are both very delicious. The stuff most of them are very nice as well. There are stuff who can speak English and a little bit Chinese so I really appreciate that. Onsen is great as well. It’s pretty big and clean and, it’s really functional

If a hotel is to offer warm hospitality to the travellers, then please consider offering lunch service in-house.

The dinner meals were exceptionally good. It was western cuisine and just presented stylishly and tasted excellent. Breakfast was typical Japanese and good too. The establishment has its great garden by the lake and this is exactly what I am looking for - serenity without stepping out. The simple unsophisticated open air onset further adds to the uniqueness of this hotel.

The bathroom was a little small especially for a tall person like my husband which added a comedy of how to get in and sit on the toilet If I was staying again I’d bring a topper for the bed and it was hard

There are almost no outside dinner options in the immediate area, so book the hotel dinner course or prepare well! The closest kombini is at least 30 minutes away by car.
