I booked two extra nights and paid for them, then the following day I was called and told that I was charged the incorrect rate a d had to pay the difference, I asked if it could be halved because the mistake was not my fault but the staff member couldn't do anything about it. I understand mistakes can happen however meeting me in the middle might have been a better agreed option.

TV channel only in Japan. But not a problem as I can access YouTube on my phone. Nothing to complains really.

Not too far from the Hiroshima station but the Google maps has mess up a bit on our first time to get into the hotel. A small Lawson is right next to the hotel so it's convenient if got hungry. The room and bathroom is really clean, powerfull shower and the room is not too small have space for a small luggage and has a window for natural light. Laundry machine is good and really powerfull for the dryer. Breakfast is good selection and healthy, also provided a bento box for takeaway, it's really thoughtful for that.

Great location near station and restaurants; clean; friendly; Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. Water and coffee available in lobby. The staff work so hard and everything was OISHII! Rooms were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Combini store next door. Will stay at this location again. Good value for your money.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable however we were only staying for one night.

We came by the high-speed train, and from the train station, a five-minute walk made it to our hotel. We asked to put our bags aside for a while (until the check-in). After travelling in Hiroshima, we came back to do the check-in (quickly, by machine) and went to our room. ( same as in Matsumoto..) The bed was a bit rigid for me, but it was fine for a one-night. Dinner was wonderful in a restaurant nearby (Shushi, and great ones). breakfast was good in the hotel, and then we went to the train station to our last stop Tokyo.

The picture of the room I booked was not the room we got. I booked a room with a big bed in the middle of the room. The room we got was smaller room and the bed was against the wall. Challenging to get out of. The breakfast was enjoyable.

Great location! We arrived by the shinkansen then just walked our suitcases over to the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and despite the small size, it felt roomy enough for us two. It was quite busy when we went (we visited during peak tourist season) and we tried to get breakfast but both times it was so packed that we just left to get on with our day.

The hotel is near to Hiroshima station, so it is very convenient for us after our Shinkansen ride to Hiroshima. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast and also allows guest to take away the breakfast.

Need to indicate the direction or exit to chose from the train station to reach hotel as there is a north and south exit ..

Staffs were friendly and ready to help with questions. Location is near to Hiroshima train station .. facilities are well maintained and like they make a point to serve local Japanese breakfast. They have those hanger string install in the toilet which make it easy if you want to hang few pcs of clothes after washing

The breakfast area was too small. You had to wait for an eating space or you could pack the food and ate in your room.

The breakfast was better than expected. The kitchen staff were working very hard to bring food to the service area. I stayed in Japan for more than 19 days during this trip and I found that the room size in Toyoko Inn was far larger than the other hotel chain which I stayed and was more expensive.
