Had a pleasant stay! The breakfast was nice, staff were helpful, and the location was excellent – very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and, although a bit small, it was still manageable and comfortable for one adult and a child.

Too limited time & quite rushed timetable. Such as breakfast time is between 6.30 - 9.00 hrs. And elevator is stop between 12.00-15.00 hrs. But it’s doesn’t matter for good management.

Valuable accommodation & best location in the heart of Nagoya. Feel like home. Fresh food & good taste.

breakfast is not horrible but not tasty either, plain bland and boring edibles. only one elevator, you'll need to wait forever, esp in the morning

location is great, Nagoya station across the street, backside. plenty of restaurants in front of the hotel. multiple convenience stores nearby also. everything within minutes walking distance

The really hard mattress - like sleeping on a granite slab (only a slight exaggeration). I tossed and turned. My arthritic joints ached and my sore muscles couldn't recover. I was really tired after four nights of mostly non-sleep. Even sitting in bed hurt my tailbone and back.

Great location; only about a block away from Nagoya Station. Couldn't hear noise from the outside (although you could hear some from other rooms and the hallway). washers and dryers available, although the dryers did a bad job.

Too late checkin time of 1600pm. It would be more reasonable to be able to checkin at 1400pm.

The room is a bit cramped for a family of three with two luggages and a stroller. Check in time is 4PM, we have to wait for some time before we could get into our room.

The location is near Nagoya Station on the taiko-dori side. There's a convenience store nearby as well as BIC Camera. The staffs are responsive and helpful. The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. Amenities are available at the lobby. There's an ice and water dispenser beside the elevator. There's also a vending machine. Laundry is also available but we have not used it during our stay. Breakfast options are a bit limited, but everything is good and filling. The guests have the option to take the meals to their room as they provide a disposable box aside from the plates. Coffee is great too.

Room is old style setting. There is only one USB port at the bed side. If there is a power point, that will be better.

I like the flask in the room that I have hot water any time (no need to re-boil)

May be slow in rush hour cuz they have only one elevator there, but seems fine for me.

Location is quite good, like 5-ish minutes from JR station. Surrounded by some convenience stores and food shop. Got some free toilet stuffs for free including skincare!

nothing at all. amenities were enough for our needs, location was such a win.

Great location since we dropped our rental car at nissan w/c was just a block away, also a block away from BIC Camera where the willer bus stop was where we boarded our bus to tokyo. nagoya station is a very great base for first timers to nagoya -- lots of great restaurants in the area which meant we were only a few steps away from a good meal or a convenient ride away from a tourist spot. ice and drinking water, plus daily breakfast were available at the ground floor food options were simple but very filling (bread, rice, soup, some viands and veggies, coffee, tea, juice), you could even pack some food to bring upstairs if you like ~ the server ladies were the cutest too.
