Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Property was clean. Staff were amazing. Towels were in abundance. It is a small room but really cozy . Only complaint is the hard bed and pillows. But I understand that is standard for Japan so nothing against hotel at all. Location in Shiki was perfect for us and a quick walk to train station but also to department store in case one needs anything.

Breakfast in buffet style, there were variety of choice, not only Japanese style food like Natto, Udon, Curry, Miso soup, there were also western style soup, eggs, bacon, sausage... there was takeaway box in case you're in a hurry. The hotel is neat and 5 mins walk to Shiki eki, there is shopping mall, 100yen shop, supermarket nearby
