Very healthy breakfast!

Lovely place to relax and unwind after an arduous day climbing Mount Fuji. Lovely breakfast. Super efficient check and checkout procedure.

Close to shin Fuji station so excellent location for stop over when travelling to Kyoto from Tokyo

I booked this hotel as a stop on our route between Kyoto and Mount Fuji, mainly because of its location next to the Shinkansen station. The staff were particularly helpful in arranging our bag transport to the next location - something we were nervous about in advance. Although they did not have English speaking staff, they had translators and it was very easy to communicate. We were pleasantly surprised by the full breakfast and free shuttle to Fuji station where you can catch all other transport.

The bed wasn’t too comfortable. The fabric scent sprayed on before our arrival made it feel damp (it did dry later so not wet when sleeping). If you want to take a local train or bus, or explore Fuji City, this is on the outskirts rather than right in the city. The free shuttle was helpful though.

Good selection and tasty

We had breakfast at 8.15am and by 8.30am they didn’t have any milk bread left. When my husband check with staff they said there was no more left.

Very well located, easy check in and the staff were absolutely lovely. Good facilities also with all that I needed as a solo traveller

The breakfast was convenient being in the lobby area. There was a fair amount of food to choose from.

The eggs could have been warmer. They were almost always cold.

Located directly opposite the bullet train station (one minute). Easy self check-in. Very bright, clean and comfortable room. Great rainforest shower in the bathroom.

Would be good to be able to take away croissants etc for breakfast at 6 am. The first Shinkansen leaves at 6:23 and the breakfast area opens at 6:30. Paid for breakfast, but no time.

Great location for a stop over location from Mt Fuji to Kyoto. This hotel is right across the car park from the train station which makes it very convenient.

Unfortunately we found the beds very hard.

The breakfast area is too cramped, very difficult to get to the tables.

It was very close to the Shinkansen station which was nice when arriving. Breakfast buffét was included and despite being a Westerner I found it absolutely delicious and nutritious for the climb up Mt. Fuji I was going to do that day. AC in the room helped me cool off from the scorching summer.

The pillows were quite hard if I remember correctly. But that's really all I could see as room for improvement.

Good size rooms, clean, comfortable. Good izakaya in walking distance. Easy parking, good for a stop when in transit

Next to Shin-Fuji station, but quite remote (nothing to do or see). Breakfast was inclusive, but below average. I really missed the scrambled eggs, sliced bread and some marmelade.

Nice hotel right at the station of shinkanzen with everything you could need. Breakfast was good and traditional with some soup, rice and noodle options.
