The lamp in the capsule did not light up very well, and there were stains on the wall. The shower baskets were so dirty, and there were no places to put your clothes. Not even a shower hook or bar to hang things. Very inconvenient shower room. They have coin operated washing and drying machine, but when I asked staff to help me exchange my 1000 yen into 100 yen coins, they said they can't do that?! Like do they not have coins on site or are they not allowed to? That doesn't make any sense to have coin laundry and charging for laundry detergent, but not offer any change. I just showered and had to go out to 7/11 to buy a pack of candy so I could break the bill. This soured my experience a lot and is something management should reconsider in their customer service protocol. The room was narrow, and other guest's luggage was all over the floor. The lights turn off at 11PM and using the restroom needed to dodge all the backpacks and slippers on the floor. Opening the door made a lot of noise too. The door needs a bumper to close more softly. The front door has stairs only with no ramp, you have to carry your luggage to go up, which may be challenging with larger luggage. Not wheelchair friendly. Location is about 15 minutes walk from Shibuya station and is a little bit out of the main area. To get to the hotel meant a fair amount of uphill incline. Unfortunately it is not something the hotel can fix.

Bunk bed style hostel with some regular rooms too. This hostel is decently well maintained, most of the common areas are cleaned well. The elevator runs fast and the sense of privacy is just "OK" compared to other hostels I have stayed at. The capsule has a curtain that covers up most of it, and they use a keycard system to get into each room with a set of bunk beds. It seems like they have enough showers and toilets so that you don't need to wait to use them. I liked that the common area on each floor has a long bench against the windows so you can hang out there instead of in the bunk.

There was only 2 women’s showers and 2 toilets which was fine when the place was quiet but when the dorm was busy I did have to wait for the shower one night which was annoying. Place is also super central in shibuya but a little bit of a walk to the main train station

The lady staff at the reception desk to process the check in procedure was not so nice and a bit black face.. One night we purchased some fruits from outside and wanted to enjoy in the room. I went to the restaurant to borrow a knife to cut the fruits. Seemed the same lady staff told me no knife was available in their restaurant which could be borrowed.

The hostel is clean and tidy. The gentleman staff used to work in morning shift at the reception desk was polite and nice.

The people in my room were very loud - but that’s not the fault of the property.

The bunkbeds are surprisingly so spacious! I’m 6ft tall and was very comfortable in the bed area. They had shelves at the end of the bed that was convent for putting my things and a little area that could lock away your belongings.

The location to central Shibuya was further than anticipated and difficult to find initially but the walk was enjoyable once i had worked out a quicker route. Only downfall was the walls were quite thin so I could hear everything in the hallway from my room.

The hotel was clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was well laid out. The bathroom was stocked with amenities and kept well clean.

There is limited space on where you can keep stuff - so if you are traveling heavy with a large suitcase it might not be the most comfortable.

Very convenient, great for a place to sleep. You wouldn't be looking for much more here (if you are staying at the dormitories), but the facilities are great and enough for a stay. Location is nice!

I was surprised how far it was from the train station. Google maps had me walk through Shibuya Mark centre to get to the other side which then I was directed to walk down a street that was lined with restaurants and bars which were full, suggesting there’s good food in the area! Luckily I just had my backpack but if I had a big suitcase it would have been best to jump in a cab.

This was a last minute booking for a Saturday night. I booked a self contained room and was pleasantly surprised. I too didn’t realise it was a hostel until after I booked it. Super clean, spacious for a single room. The bed was firm but that’s what I love about Japan! Staff friendly and helpful.

There was no proper kitchen, just a sink and microwave/toaster and I couldn't get any of the microwaves or toasters to work, on any floor. Nowhere to store food. Would not stay longer than a night or two because of this. Staff not around to help. Think it was a ploy to get you to have their overpriced restaurant food.

Bunk Bed Design: I stayed on the upper bunk bed on the second floor. The wall felt quite thin, and it was a bit difficult and somewhat unsafe to climb up to the upper bunk. Noise Sensitivity: While the bed itself was comfortable, even small movements caused noise, making it easy to disturb others. I could hear other guests’ movements, including someone breathing heavily below me, which made me quite self-conscious about moving around.

I recently stayed at your hostel and overall had a positive experience. Here are my thoughts: Location: The location is great and very convenient for exploring the area. Facilities: The facilities are good, clean, and well-maintained. It felt comfortable and organized. Value for Money: The price is reasonable, and I felt it was good value for the experience offered. I was only staying for two nights for business in Tokyo, so I considered it an interesting experience. Overall, I think your hostel offers great value for money with a fantastic location and cleanliness. With a few adjustments to the bed design and noise control, it would be an even better place to stay. Thank you for the hospitality!
