Good location staff has been very helpful! Next morning planning to leave the luggage and visit more about the city was told there is no staff on site before 3pm if I want to pickup my luggage before 3pm, considering my train time okay to pickup after three pm actually went about 230pm already got staff so pick up my luggage and got train on time

ItalyThe entrance to the hotel has three steps, which normally would not be an obstacle but when you carry a heavy 30+ kg suitcase they become quite a challenging architectonic barrier, which I hope they will remove in the future. The concierge helped me on the way out. They were slow to reply to messages on the Booking chat.
This is not my first stay overnight at this hotel and I would choose it again. They have added a coffee machine in the lobby with free hot coffee. There is also an ice dispenser next to it. It was delicious. There are also dispensers of alcoholic and soft drinks in the hall. (in the room there is tea and instant coffee) The reception is closed between 10 and 15 but I had to pick up my stored baggage at around 12, so they were kind enough to let me store the baggage at the nearby hotel of the same chain. I had no problem to walk from there to the station. I like the forniture arrangements in the room because the decent sized table is very suitable for working with my large laptop compared to other hotels, and the seat is comfortable too. In general, this hotel structure makes efficient use of small space. The personnel is open to satisfy to customers' request as much as possible, even in English language.
