The hotel is great, the room was big and beautiful, there were hours with free wine in a good bar, great staff, not far from Sapporo center. Value for money - excellent.

Parking was limited and nearby parking was even more so. Price for parking outside that few lots was expensive. Bathroom was tiny.

Love the bulk bed, breakfast was delivered to our room. Room space is vast and we can cook or heat our food as we wish.

breakfast in bed was amazing, daily soups were served in a thermal flask which was kept warm, it was delicious. The in-room balmuda toaster made the breads fluffy and well toasted.

Excellent. The staff was excellent. We lost our computer bag with our iPad at a tourist place. The staff helped us to call and find our iPad. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great.

As a family of 5, we booked the family suite but did find it a bit of a squeeze , with our luggage etc .

Very cosy and warm place , with a really relaxing vibe. Well located yet away from the crowds , easy walk to the shops and restaurants . Simple but delicious soup and bread breakfast delivered to the room every money .

The room was of okay size for 3, though I will not say the Sofa was very comfortable to sleep. Plus point is the breakfast they provide. I guess there is free wine in the evening but I did not take. It looks very cozy, very wooden feel rather than concrete structure. I guess winter time it looks more cozy and comfortable. The location is also good , near to Nakajima Koen. the nearest park is plus point.

The only problem was that the air conditioning wasn’t blowing cold air on our first night. The second night, it was perfect though!

Breakfast was amazing and the room was so adorable! My mom and I wanted to stay here because we love Traveler’s Notebooks. We loved everything!

we stayed in the theatre king room because we travelled with 2 young kids and this had the biggest bed. would have been better if there was a wardrobe for clothes. we ended up leaving open luggage on the floor as there was no space to organise clothes and baby stuff.

great location, staff were lovely and helpful. rooms and restaurants were very clean. small carpark available. i would stay there again but choose different room.

Everything! From the welcome drink, to the hospitality, beautiful calm and relaxed interior and the roof top bar with fire. It was all wonderful! They accommodated my friend’s food allergies and really made us feel welcome. An excellent place to stay!

Everything, the staff, the room, the breakfast and the locations are perfect. They are very welcoming and helpful. The locations is good. Closed to subway, bus stop, streetcar and even the lawson, 7 eleven and family mart. We had great time. Thank you

It was a very successful stay at the UNWIND Sapporo Hotel. The room with kingsize bed was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was in the form of soup with a side of baguette to be warmed in the room. Coffee and tea with kettle were in the room. A refrigerator was also provided. A great perk for hotel guests is the bar on the 10th floor with free wine tasting between 5 and 6:30 p.m. I sincerely recommend it.
