I don’t have much to complain about, the room is a bit small, it can only fit an open suitcase, but you know small room is commonplace in Japan, which you should aware of before visiting this country :)

Overall I am content with this hotel, it is located just beside the Toyama station and Toyama dentetsu station, about 3 min walk, making it easy for you to get around and visit the Tateyama Kurobe area. I Iike the boy who helped me checked in, he is handsome, polite, attentive and ready to help, the checkin and checkout process are smooth and quick, rooms are equipped with all the amenities you need. There is an open public bath at 5th floor, you may enjoy it after long day hiking. By the way, the hotel is actually at 5-10 floors in a shopping mall called MAROOT, where you can find multiple stores, shops, restaurants between 1-4 floors, I think it is very convenient for those tourists who want to make the trip as easy as possible:) Last but not least, you may enjoy a spectacular view from the hallway windows in higher floors (see attached photos).

Information could be provided beforehand on how to reach the parking. You cannot park in front of the hotel at street level, not even for unloading luggage.

Have to bring bath towel from the room. Why clean towel cannot be available in the public bath areas?

Breakfast is little disappointed as expected, except for the all-you-can-eat sushi, other food are normal and choices are not so much. and the restaurant don't have any windows and make the feeling in the morning is quite bad

The hotel is just next door to Toyama Station and check in was on 5th floor. Just below the hotel, using the same lift, you can access restaurants at Level 4 and shopping too. BEST location.

There are 3x multi-function washing machines for the whole hotel to share, but drying + washing can be quite long (it can be over 100 minutes long). They provide a system for you to know when a machine is free, but many people queue for it at night. I suggest using the washing machines during the off-peak hours.

The super convenient location (close proximity to trains & busses, is atop a shopping mall and near convenience stores), awesome soundproofing despite the proximity to the Toyama station and bus terminal, modern aesthetics with lobby music, friendly & helpful staff who can understand English. Rooms have a TV that can indicate how busy the public bath & washing machines are, which saves you a trip downstairs to find out. USB charging points are provided. There is a section at the lobby that talks about the things to see and do in Toyama.

I was disappointed to realise the sauna was for men only.

Lovely hotel just beside the train station for convenience. It has a shopping mall downstairs with many places to get food and drinks. The rooms are well appointed with loads of amenities. The trains cannot be heard from the rooms.

The hotel is very conveniently located above a shopping mall, with lovely staff and nice toiletries. The onsen is beautiful, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. The only slightly frustrating thing is the buffet breakfast is done out of a slightly small restaurant so at times we were waiting 10-15mins to be seated for breakfast. Rooms were clean and good sized. Great stay!
