Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesWe couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature in the room. We opened the windows to get cool air.
Convenient location close to Kamata station and plenty of food options closeby. The room had a small but convenient closet space.

MalaysiaI booked this place because I was landing in Haneda airport pretty late at night and was worried that I wouldn't be able to get into the city with public transportation so late. It looked close enough but when I arrived, there was a more walking than I expected to get there and it was rather difficult with my luggage bag. That's probably on me - for not checking properly.
You get what you pay for with this one. Check in was easy and my basic needs were met (as far as a one night stay goes)

United StatesThe only thing I had an issue with was the bed being very uncomfortable when laying for too long and there only being stairs to enter into the hotel. It was difficult to carry heavy luggage down the small staircase. But all these things were very minor that could easily be overcomed on my end.
The facilities were easy to find from the train station. Breakfast was available and delicious. Checking-in and checking-out was quick and easy, which led getting inside our room quickly to relax. The clothing provided was very comfortable.

United StatesMy key stopped working for some reason, but the staff was kind enough to give me a new one, they forgot later and thought I had lost a key but the misunderstanding was cleared up.
The location of the hotel was great. It was a short walk to Kamada Station and it was easy to find the bus to Haneda airport which only cost 300 yen. The breakfast was a good hearty meal which you receive vouchers to use for breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful during check-in and check-out. The room was a decent size and I did like the pajamas though my family member said they were too short and it looked like a smock. The bathroom was a decent size and the shampoo and conditioner set smelled nice!

Good location, close to Haneda airport. There are a few public transportations to access the airport. Hotel room is quite big, bigger than lots of hotels in the central area of Tokyo.

IndonesiaNot too close to the Kamata station, about 7-10 minutes walk. It's closer if you take the South Exit, but unfortunately there are only stairs, no escalators or elevators.
Stylish and modern lobby. Located near a shopping street, easy to find breakfast, convenience stores, and laundromats. During the night, the area is very lively with izakaya and pubs nearby. Many foreign tourists in the hotel, the housekeeping staffs are also westerners, so no need to worry about language barriers. Smoking area provided near the lobby. We booked a 3-bed room and it was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 1 toddler).

IsraelThe only downside was the view from the room, we stayed at second floor and had a wall right in front of the window.
The hotel is very close to the train station, about 4 minutes walk. There's a supermarket nearby, 7/11, Family mart and many shops, cafe and restaurants, the area is great to explore and about 25 minutes by train from the city center. The staff speaks English and were very friendly. The room and bed were comfortable, they will clean the room if you put the sign on the door.
