Each day I chose ‘ecological cleaning’ meaning basic services such as emptying bin and replacing some towels however the cleaner wouldn’t enter the room to empty the bin which was a bit problematic because we had baby diapers etc.

The people were so kind and helpful. The afternoon Aperitivo was excellent

Great location just a few mins walk to the beach and to the train station. The onsen was super clean, and the rooms very spacious. The included breakfast was fantastic. The snacks were delicious. We’d go back to Kamakura just to stay here again!

The room was spacious and clean. The toiletries were great too. There were many free lounge activities throughout the day to enjoy. The breakfast was superb!

We loved the morning and afternoon snacks and drinks. The staff were helpful, and the service was excellent. I appreciated weBase accommodating my need for gluten-free and having front desk staff that could speak English.

It was very clean. The welcome lounge was outstanding with snacks and mimosas. It was our 20 wedding anniversary so we had a little champagne. Breakfast was wonderful, it is made to order with plenty of coffee.

Location is very convenient, just 5 minutes to the beach and about 15 to the train station but another ten minutes walking gets you to center of town. We did not use the trains because walking is nicer.

The property is immaculate. They have a lovely light meal in the evening and a breakfast option. The room was bright and large. Most importantly the staff were wonderful and even helped fix a billing error (which was largely on my end) without question. Well done.

we almost satisfied everything till the 3rd night after checkin, we found the toilet is not cleaned 😣 the poopoo still there…,,,and its late night about 22:00…

We stay 2 nights, totally satisfied with the suana, the lounge service, and environment…, so we decide stay one more night,

Beautiful property in a very convenient location- 3 minutes to ocean, 5-10 to major sites, and 15 to train station. It is more impressive in person than the pictures convey. Do not forgo the breakfast- it was incredible!!! And the rooms were spacious and clean and lovely furnishings. The evening happy hour was a pleasant surprise!

We stayed both at the traditional Japanese style room with four futons and also the two bed room, both very nice and comfortable. The staff was very sweet and helpful when two of us were ill during our stay. Also the breakfast was delicious but come hungry, they will feed you like there is no tomorrow.

I would have liked more vegan or at least vegetarian options for dinner.

We extended our stay as my husband wasn’t well and the staff made it incredibly easy to extend and stay. The facilities are amazing and breakfast was superb.

They didn’t have vegan options for dinner so we had to go out every night and it was a bit of a mission to get to other restaurants.

The bath house, breakfast, room size, amenities, great wifi for video meetings and staff were friendly.

You just had to walk a fair way or catch a train to get vegan food. Their breakfast was good but they didn’t have vegan options for dinner so we always had to go out.

Bed and especially the pillows were the most uncomfortable, felt like newspaper covered in a pillow case, got very little sleep and woke up with a stiff neck.

The communal bath was absolutely fantastic! the happy hour was so nice and the room was great.

We had the room with window facing East, the daylight brightened the room by 5am (April 2025) hence we could not sleep in. Some “black-out” curtains or blinds would be great.

Honda-San was friendly & helpful. He even managed to arrange for our dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, which was full. The staff were friendly & polite. The breakfast was awesome & generous portions. We had dinner too, we found the food was “Michelin” standard - great job by Chef Nakagawa-san, Chef Udah-san & their team. Room was good size, brightly lighted. Hotel nearby to restaurants, shops & beach.
