We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the outdoor onsen under the night sky, as well as the complimentary ice pops after your bath. It’s also wonderful that you appreciated the drink vouchers offered at check-in and had a chance to enjoy beverages including beer in our lobby until 9:00 PM. We’re pleased that you found the spacious four-person room to be a good value. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. Regarding the room key, we understand how inconvenient it was to have only one card for four guests, and we will ensure our staff proactively offer additional keys upon check-in. We are also very sorry for the odor and dim lighting in your room, and will have our maintenance and housekeeping teams look into improving air circulation and reviewing the lighting for greater comfort. We appreciate your note about the limited dining options nearby and will continue to share local recommendations at the front desk to assist our guests.
