Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. A family of four we rented 2 rooms next door to each other. Yes the rooms and bathrooms are small but if you’ve stayed in Nagoya and Osaka then you’ll realise this is the norm. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I liked the location as we weee 2 mins walk to the baseball stadium, we were able to buy tickets for the last home game of the season. We enjoyed local restaurants a minute walk away and Lawson right across the street. Comfortable walk to Chinatown and the pier area.

Hong KongThe bed was comfortable and spacious, but other spaces inside the room might not be enough to open 2 luggages for the two of us. We have to move our beds to spare spaces for luggages. The toilet area is also so small that we will bump onto the walls when we move or going to the toilet.
The room is clean and even if we request no cleaning for our room, amenities are sent to us everyday, which is very nice. The staffs are very helpful and nice as well. ;)

Great location near Yokohama Stadium and Kanni train station, which was perfect for after our Baystars game. Got two rooms, one for my parents and one for my spouse and I, both rooms were a nice size and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was in Johnathan's restaurant downstairs and was the typical Japanese/Western buffet.
