Room was a little small but I am rather tall and traveled with snowboards so this wouldn’t likely be an issue for most people.

Located perfectly with a short walk to a major train station 1 stop away from Tokyo station. Staff very friendly and would greet me everyday, also help my AirPods I left in the room by mistake until I arrived back in Tokyo for my departure back home.

I'm bigger than the average japanese men, but I didn't have any problems with the space that I had there. But just watch out if you're a big person.

Really close to a very good subway/train station. Overall it was a good experience. Wouldn't say there is much going on or luxuries, but it gets the job done in every way.

It’s very much near the station. The staff are friendly. The room is big enough to keep a suitcase open.

The size of the double bed was too small. In Europe it would be a single size bed.

Staff was super helpful und nice. Location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the Station to reach all needed connections

In the heart of Shimbashi, the location is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling on their own to Tokyo.

It was hard to find and the directions send you behind it. The was also only one pillow with no opportunity to have a second one. The air con also seemed to slow right down at night so the room got warmer.

Easy walk to the station and close convenience stores. It was clean and quiet.

Nothing much. Good spot; it’s one of the cheaper in the area but is solid.

This place met the expectations. The room itself is muting special but it’s not bad. Perfect when on Travel and you don’t plan to spend much time beyond sleeping. The location is prime, close to the train and many good food/bar spots

The pillows (this is not an issue for me with this particular hotel but nearly all hotels in Japan) are like absolute rocks. They are so hard it's uncomfortable. The walls had several stains in the room and although the room smelled fine it was a little unnerving being in that room. The lobby had more than one bug flying around it.

The location is great and check in is simple. The building offers a number of free things at the desk as well as a small charging cable box full of any you might need if you are a forgetful traveler. The room shower was particularly nice.

Nothing, I enjoyed my stay.

A very small business hotel in the center of the city. Nice access to the Shimbashi station and within walking distance from Yurakucho and Marunouchi. Room is comfortable with complete facilities. I like the personal touch of a little rubber duck that the staff put in the bathroom, available to adopt (I took mine home).

There were some stains in the bedroom on the walls and the hairdryer heated up so much I thought it might catch fire…

Bring your own pillow, the hotel pillows are not good. Otherwise, no complaints.

Only minutes from Shimbashi Station, but this side street is quiet. Simple, clean room. Bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. Very friendly bilingual staff at front desk. Good sunlight in the room (I was on 12th floor).

Location was great as it's near the train station. Central location to most areas in Tokyo. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful with luggage. Check in process was smooth with no issues.

We knew it was was a small room however, I didn’t realise it was a small double bed as well which could have been said within the online reservation. We are two medium sized people who struggled to sleep on the bed which was very frustrating. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.
