Huge apartment, 2 nice traditional rooms, other rooms more western style. Good location, not center Tokyo, but calm and good connections. Great value for the price.

Stayed one whole month at the property (ground floor). Very nice experience. The house is very comfortable and convenient with supermarkets and convenience stores around. Walk distance to the train station easy to access to the city. The owner is super nice always super quick to reply your messages! Awesome!

Facility with washing machine and kitchen utensils. Even the host provides nail clippers, scissors, and needle for sewing. There is plenty of drying rack and new kimono if you want. But we don't wear it. It is also only 6 minutes walking to Kita Akabane station and 21 minutes walking to a bigger station (Akabane St). There are 3 minutes walking to Seven Eleven. You can find Big Supermarket, McDonald, and restaurants next to Kita Akabane station.

The owner texted me a long accomodation regulation text which included a lot of "if you do that you have to pay that" closes. It is ok but I am on vacation and just dont like these kind of texts before checking in. I already accepted the rules when I booked your place right? So please right those rules to the rules on booking come and dont text people before they check in. Anyways I obeyed rules no extra charge was applied but just its not nice to get a message like a contract before you check in. That is why I gave less for the staff though I did not see the owner.

Very clean house which every detail is supplied to the customer. You can reach downtown with just one train but you have to walk 10-15 mins to the station which is ok, but you need a cab if you have a lot of baggage to go there from the station. Good value for the price. Nice neighborhood.

It was a little bit dusty, so could be cleaned a little better, but that’s the only minor complaint I can think of.

Huge well appointed 3 bedroom apartment. It was good having the desk and chair in the other room so I could do a bit of work, without bothering my wife. There is a 7/11 practically next door, and it’s super easy to get to both Kita-Akabane and Akabane stations, which have very good connections to all the main stops around Tokyo. It’s a nice peaceful suburb too. It’s a passcode on the front door to get into the property, so super easy contactless checkin. Our flight got in late, so arrived at the apartment at 11pm, but we’d communicated that to the owner ahead of time so it was all fine.

Took a while to work out the water heater, English instructions would have been helpful or maybe even a QR code to instructions. Construction next door just as an FYI. It didn't bother us at all but for those it may, an FYI. They were not there late so didn't annoy our sleep. Third floor apartment and no lift so taking three giant suitcases upstairs wasn't fun. Beds a bit hard but that seemed usual for Japan so no worse than anywhere else.

Loved the size, this place is huge. Three bedroom, would suit a family easy. Great cooking facilities, basically a home away from home. No dryer but drying can be done in the bathroom shower space so that was super handy. Closest station is not far walking maybe 5 to 10 mins. Look of the place was great as more traditional style home. So many good facilities, washing machine, extra blankets, hanging rack, umbrellas! You name it. Really good instructions on access was appreciated as well.

The apartment was not very clean and has a strong smell. Not good for people with respiratory allergy.

The apartment is good, there are convenience stores nearby and 8 minutes walking to metro station. The location is good.

The bedroom closets are dusty. The toilet bowl has stains, but not the seat. The cookware needs updating, with stains in the water thermos flask and toaster. The air conditioner remote controls in two of the bedrooms are malfunction. The refrigerator has leftover whisky from previous renters. The bathroom has leftover toiletries. The television has no viewable programs. It has a Chinese language set top box but again, no viewable programs.

This walk-up third floor quiet apartment is about 10 minutes uphill walk from the train station that has good access to small local restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores. The rooms are clean and the facilities are good. The bedrooms have clean comfortable and cozy bedding. The clothes drying rack is great. The host is responsive.

Just a little confused about the house code when we initially got it. I think it was my fault for missing a message but still a little frustrating

Nice comfortable house to enjoy some down time between the big city walking days. I took several baths.

Bed is not big enough for 2 persons to sleep. The water boiler outlet is rusted, rust fall off into the cup when we press out the hot water. So we can only drink tap water for the whole week. Bowls and cups are dirty and stained

Shampoos amd washing machine are available.
