Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI didnt like the bed it was too hard in my opinion but i was able to sleep well from being out all day. I also didnt like the fact they dont clean the bathtub or toilet.
I liked the amenities. The shower gels, rags. I liked how big the room was and the bed with curtains around it. It felt like a cute studio home. I liked how 7 eleven is super close.

AustraliaYou have to call front desk every time you want to leave as their doors lock automatically. If you don't have a car, the location is a bit unfortunate, it takes a while to get into Tokyo or near any attractions. You can walk to the hotel from Grandberry station, but it takes about half an hour. You go along the highway and joining roads so it's a bit dangerous as you're sharing the road with alot of big trucks and fast cars. We had no issues (Japanese people are so considerate of pedestrians), but just be careful.
Size of room is great, very big. Huge shower and bathtub, and very nice toilet/bathroom area. The rooms decor is quite nice and pleasant. And the whole room is very clean and smells nice. There are alot of facilities, microwave and kettle/hot water dispenser. Bed was really comfortable and clean. The room had quite a nice feel and we felt very happy there. Right next to 7/11, so dinner is easy and cheap! Staff were very nice and friendly. I would stay here again, although probably using a car to come and go.
