The bed was extremely comfortable. The bath felt amazing and they provided nice amenities.

It was a little far from the station, but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Can’t lock room from inside , doors locked automatically after 20 minutes and then you are locked in. To leave room you need to call the receptionist but they don’t answer!

I liked the amenities. The shower gels, rags. I liked how big the room was and the bed with curtains around it. It felt like a cute studio home. I liked how 7 eleven is super close.

I didnt like the bed it was too hard in my opinion but i was able to sleep well from being out all day. I also didnt like the fact they dont clean the bathtub or toilet.

Size of room is great, very big. Huge shower and bathtub, and very nice toilet/bathroom area. The rooms decor is quite nice and pleasant. And the whole room is very clean and smells nice. There are alot of facilities, microwave and kettle/hot water dispenser. Bed was really comfortable and clean. The room had quite a nice feel and we felt very happy there. Right next to 7/11, so dinner is easy and cheap! Staff were very nice and friendly. I would stay here again, although probably using a car to come and go.

You have to call front desk every time you want to leave as their doors lock automatically. If you don't have a car, the location is a bit unfortunate, it takes a while to get into Tokyo or near any attractions. You can walk to the hotel from Grandberry station, but it takes about half an hour. You go along the highway and joining roads so it's a bit dangerous as you're sharing the road with alot of big trucks and fast cars. We had no issues (Japanese people are so considerate of pedestrians), but just be careful.

The staff were nice I even extend my stay with no problem The only thing i didn't like it's little bit far and as my first time I wasn't know how i can arrive there so i arrived so late

Easy to access the room and exceptionally service! We were late with the checkout by half an hour but it was no problem and amazing service!

We liked the room it's spacious. And the jacuzzi and massage chair was very relaxing. And the food also.

There's a droplets of water coming from the aircon

The room was very spacious and entertaining. The bath was very large, more than enough space for 2 people. The karaoke was fun and the projector was easy to use.

A big room, comfortable bed, huge bathroom and very clean. We ordered done good which came quickly and was tasty. Loved the in room karaoke.

It is a big room , with all comfort. I recommend it for couples...in love :)))
