It’s on a pricey side but worth it if you have people to share with, would be nice if they can provide cleaning service every morning to check for anything like towel or soap, pick up trash or provide a iRobot vacuum or broom would be a great help to use for cleaning (since no room service is available during our stay)we would love to go back to any place that is clean after a long busy day. Place was clean when we arrived but we found some slippers and other stuff under the sofa. Elevator may need some checking we almost got ourselves squished due to it closing quickly.

I liked the staff/ person that I talked to very helpful, also comfortable place with 4 bed, location and aesthetics of the unit especially is a plus if you have kids(girls) they even have toys to play with. Everything you need is in the unit. Location is not bad, and having a stroller and wheelchair it was accessible for us since there’s an elevator in the building, somehow it closes up so quick.

Actually, I need to walk more to get convenience store. There are more stations, but it is quite confusing to go to our destination.

I love the service response even thru booking.com or chat via whatsapp. The response was very quick and informative. The room itself is very clean, and everything is fully equipped. The hotel area is quite remote and silent.

Sadly there's only 1 toilet and 1 shwoer and we are a group of 8 people. So preparing take a long time.

Great location, close to 3 station - Inaricho, Shin-okachimachi, Tsubasa Express Easy access to Ueno, Asakusa, Shinjuku, Tsukiji market Clean and comfy stay, the decor is very chic.

Had half a day issue with WiFi but staff was really quick the response and swift action were taken.

Size is good for price, cute design with facilities such as washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker and stove. Location is nearly perfect, convenience store nearby and easily accessible to Asakusa and Akihabara; both one station away via Tsukuba express. Can also easily access Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Tokyo, Ginza and other popular tourist spots. Shibuya isn’t too far out either. Staff is responsive, showed clear instructions and rules. Would recommend and return to this spot again if another opportunity arises.

Perhaps they could provide more racks to hang our jackets and towels.

The layout is very helpful, it could accommodate 8 people comfortably. The kitchen area is especially good because it has ample space for us to cook. The heating of the place is adequate.

Surpisingly spacious hotel for Tokyo. Plenty of space for a family of 4. 2500 yen taxi ride from Tokyo station or 15 min walk from Ueno station. Two subway stops within 7 min walk. Lots of street eats (and restaurants) on the east side of Ueno station - bring cash with you.

Seemed like TV was stuck on Korean channels rather than Japanese. Some things missing like pillow cases, irons, towels. They rectified the issue quickly once requested.

Photos are identical to reality of property - even more impressive in person. Facilities all modern, AC worked well, bed and pillows comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing.Although we paid for it after the first day (we tried both the Japanese and the Western) we preferred to have it around town. This is something that could be improved as well as their system to book it.

The room was perfect for us and the onsen,though simple, was a really nice add-on after a long day of walking. We also liked that it is close to the bus and train stations, very convenient for our day trips.

It is also because of the building is newly renovated there is strong smell inside. Location is so-so, walking 10 mins from station while not too much commercial nearby. No towels changing during my 3 days stay. Construction men downstairs are smoking in front of the building door.

This is an apartment rental, NOT a serviced hotel. There is no staff on site or lobby. Unfortunately the building is under construction, which made some noise and the hallways had items in them. The room had hair and dust on the floors, the body was kind enough to supply us a vacuum, but no room cleaning was done for us. Also, several times a day, very bad smelling water bubbled up out of the sinks.

The location was convenient to train stations, and was pleasantly quiet. The host was very responsive.

Construction next to the room began at 7-8am in the morning, even on the weekends. It was really loud that it was impossible to stay in the accommodation for too long. And so we had to leave early every morning. We contacted the host but nothing could be done as it was 'external'. I wished there was an agreement done between both properties as it was part of the same building to avoid such situation in the future.

Great & large space, comfortable beds. Quirky design. Such a wonderful surprise for my family. Location was 5 minutes walk from metro, and walking distance to Ueno & Asakusa! Good selection of food around if you aren't moving around tokyo much. Would recommend to others. Host were very responsive too.
