The properties location was top notch. Less than a 5 minute walk to Ginza, multiple train lines, and amenities like restaurants and convenience stores right out the door. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in answering any questions or requests, and the room was very clean and cool, perfect for the hot and humid Japanese summers. Absolutely would stay here again.

The space of the room was a bit smaller than expected.

The breakfast , locale and value of the hotel was better than I thought. Staff was super friendly and understanding even after arriving late due to unforeseen circumstances. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at an hotel currently

I thought the breakfast buffet and lunch menu was a little overpriced. I would have liked to have breakfast everyday if it was cheaper.

The rooms are small but it’s to be expected in Tokyo. Pillows could be more comfortable that’s my only suggestion they were too hard.

The property is new, modern and clean. I liked the attention provided by an Indian man (forgot his name) but super sweet. Loved the water pressure of the shower and the big tubs of shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap provided. Also the bottles of water.

They charged a crazy amount for early check in compared to the room rate (like 1/3 for 3 hours).

Great location in Ginza and close to connections to the whole city. Super clean room, environment conscious cleaning and even offering a 1k voucher for the restaurant when you skip cleaning. Good shower, good lighthing in the room. Great value for money for Tokyo and would visit again.

As a British hotel, it has a lot of foreign employees, and I recommend it as a very sophisticated and good hotel. The interior of the restaurant on the first floor is wonderful, and the food is very delicious. The club sandwich, salad, and pasta were all great meals. It was also great for tea time during the day. I highly recommend it. The room is a modern and stylish interior. The water pressure in the shower room is high, and the toilet and shower room are separated, so it is convenient. It's a recliner bed, so it's comfortable to rest. When I ask for amenity, the robot brings it to me so it's convenient and fun. The scenery of the Shiodome site was very nice. Communication was convenient because there were employees who spoke Korean well. In particular, the male employee who is good at Korean is very kind. Thank you for your help. There are several convenience stores nearby and it is located in Ginza, so it has good access to tourist attractions.

There weren’t a lot of surfaces in the room to hold luggage or next to the bed. No coin laundry, but close spot nearby.

Very clean! Amazing location for exploring everything there is to see in Tokyo. The bed was comfortable. Amenities were good. I’d stay here again.

Honestly nothing really major to complain about. Only things I could say is the water pressure in the shower could be better and the WiFi service but those things didn’t effect our overall stay.

The staff were friendly and the food was great!! Location was perfect, multiple restaurants and shopping in the area. Both breakfast and dinner were great. Bibet ( I believe that was his name, sorry lol ) gave us excellent service for the multiple times we eat there!

Rooms are quite snug I had the 14sqm and was bit too small for my partner and I and all our luggage would upgrade to the bigger if you have lots of luggage. With no windows that open it gets super hot with the mirrors getting condensation with the rooms being quite small was hard to relax but everything else was great.

Great location and super new! Staff were great super friendly and accomodating.
