The AC external unit was right behind the wall where my bed was. There was a screw loose somewhere on it and it rattled constantly for the whole night, which would make it impossible to sleep. I checked it out and figured that it just needed to be tightened, so I went to tell the front desk gentleman who came up to check it out. He freaked out that I was standing outside under the AC (although I was a good 8-10ft away from the ledge.) He said we absolutely could not go outside. I told him okay but how does he propose to fix the problem without going outside and he just said to turn the AC temp higher so it doesn't run as much. Not an adequate solution. I finally put in earplugs and slept but I'd rather not have to do that in a hostel I've paid for. Over such a simple thing as a loose bolt too, I could've tightened it myself in 30 seconds if he just gave me the tool. I'd come back here still- everything else was fantastic. I just wouldn't stay in that room again.

Very clean, quiet and efficient. Literally behind a 711 and the bus stop so I didn't have to leave the area at all. Bed was comfy and clean, even included pyjamas!

Close to the airport. Price is affordable. Spacious room comparing to other Japan hotels. Bathroom and toilet are separated. There's also a 7-Eleven next door.

Basic room with some amenities. Maybe a little more expensive than what it was worth, but fit my needs to be close to the airport.

The location is close to the airport. I had a rental car so did not need shuttle. I could walk to several restaurants and there is a 7/11 next door.

Room dimension are too small, and ben is basically one to one with the desk

The toilet is separate from the shower room which is good but there’s no sink to wash your hands so you still need to go to shower room.

I booked twin room and the room is new, clean and full of space. You can easily open big luggage. Its location is good too. There’s a convenient store next door and you can reach JR station simply going down on a straight road.

A common area for microwave & drinks would be nice.

Rented a car so it was a great location to hit the highways from, very central. Also just a 40min drive from Shikotsu Toya National Park, with incredible hikes and views!

I found the bed to be a little stiff but nothing bad, just stiffer that I personally prefer. Other than that, we found nothing else that we didn't like.

The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean, in a great location, it is very close to Shin Chitose Aiport, around a 5 minute drive. There is a convenience store around the block which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a change of our travel plans and had to use the parking, the staff informed us that parking was by reservation only, as stated on the booking.com information, but they checked their records and were able to provide us parking for the night since they had availability.

The owner was very nice and welcoming. He also was very understanding with our transportation issues which led us to arrive later than the checking hour.
