It was a bit small, I would not recommend for more than 2 people to stay in the room. We can sometimes hear the people in the rooms above. The place was generally clean, but we found some hair on the mattress.

Its a 3min walk away from the nearest subway station only, with convenience stores and anything you might need nearby. The staff is very receptive. The check in is easy and the room and shared kitchen is well furnished.

There are small traces of mold in the curtains. I guess it's unavoidable in such a moist climate. It wasn't too much, but if you're very sensitive to mold or planning to stay for multiple weeks it isn't worth the try since it could have health effects. Japanese houses also seem to have very little soundproofing, but even still I slept OK as a light sleeper. Laundry time could be moved to later in the day, since the sounds from the laundry room are very loud. Otherwise a nice experience.

Check-in system is nice and convenient. Tateishi is a very, very nice town and the train station is a 5 minute walk away. The room was clean, air-conditioning was working perfectly. Room size was perfect for one person. Overall a nice experience for a traveller with a budget. Private, locked rooms with a shared kitchen.

The bathroom is quite small. We had to change clothes outside.

We love how it is so close to the train station. It is also easy to navigate. The environment feels safe and is quiet. The owner is accommodating and very quick to reply on our inquiries. We were informed ahead of time that the room might be crowded because we are a group of three. We still booked the place nonetheless since we will be out the whole day and will only need a place to rest. We were able to sleep comfortably though there's not enough room for our oversized luggages. I think the room can accommodate three people if they don't have much stuff or carry small luggages since there's an overhead compartment. We are still pleased with our stay and will book here again on our next trip!

We had a smaller room on my second visit, which is a bit small for my liking. The washrooms are well appointed, but extremely small.

I like the good location when my visiting my son and convenient to get to the train. The building is modern and very clean. The convenience of the auto check-in is terrific. Communication with management is very professional, courteous and extremely quick.

The room is a little bit too small for two persons if each brings a large suitcase. The space in front of the closet is so narrow, probably barely enough for an average Caucasian.

This tiny apartment, with its small rooms, is strategically located within a walkable distance (less than 5 minutes) from Keisei-Tateishi station. This local station (the only local train service stops here) is only one stop away from Aoto station, a larger station that serves a widely extended line from Narita Airport on one side to Haneda Airport at the other end, using faster train services (Rapid or Limited Express). A local traditional market is nearby as well as a kombini. The room is well-equipped with a private bathroom, featuring a bathtub and an electronic Washlet.

Very nice modern room with ensuite. For me (solo) ideal size but would be cramped for 3. Fridge and microwave also available in small shared kitchen. I really liked the local area. Train was 5 mins walk away with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

It is so close to mostly anything we need, train station, convenience stores, a big supermarket and also local food vendors. It also has paid washing and drying machine, no need to bring so many clothes 👍👍

Nothing really, though it was hard to find on our first night of check-in because it was dark, winter and it was hard to move. It was more of the driver’s mistake since he dropped us on the wrong street.

Nice location. A very quiet neighborhood and though far from Shibuya, it is near Asakusa and also has the line directly to Narita airport so transfer is very easy. Futon beds also felt like traditional Japanese so it was a fun stay.

This was in a great residential area of Tokyo, easy to access and had a great vibe. The facilities were just what we needed and helped us start our trip to Japan in a great way.

AC unit had mold in it. The laundry room's left dryer didn't work all too well, but we are unsure if it was because of the dryer itself or the summer humidity that made it malfunction. Our room was on the first floor, but anyone on the higher floors was struggling to get luggage up to their rooms since there was no elevator, just narrow stairs. Some people looked like they had given up and left their luggage by the stairs outside our door in this small storage spot for a couple of days.

Nice location, near the station with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We appreciated the warning about the size of the room including a free cancellation, but we were expecting it to be small for such a cheap price. The ability to self-check in and out was nice, really saved us time.
