Great location near subway lines with a lot of food options nearby. The apartment had everything we needed. The washing machine availability in the room was crucial in our decision to stay here. We will definitely be back!

I don't like that it is a self check-in hotel. If we wish to book a luggage courier to bring our bags to the airport in advance, the hotel is not listed. Luggage couriers requires 24-hour receptionist to collect or handover the bags at any time of the day.

Location is quite near Shinsaibashi shopping area and 3min walk to the nearest subway station. It's quiet despite being near the major roads. The room is spacious with balcony and comfortable too. The kitchen has sufficient cookware and dinnerware cleaning materials trash bag etc. Highly recommended.

Check in guide is too confusing & not seamless. Too many irrelevant pin codes, and confusing info. And the guest guide should have designed specifically for the respective unit & not one guest guide applied to all. Check in time should be at least 3pm like standard hotel, and check out time should be at least 11am.

We liked everything. A few extra pillows and some tea towels and plug for the kitchen sink would have been handy but no big deal.

The location was excellent, the apartment was clean and comfortable. Liked having a washer/dryer and decent size kitchen. It’s not big for 4 people with luggage but with some creativeness we made it work.

The pillows were really uncomfortable. Room lot smaller than I thought. Good for a couple but maybe not a family.

In a great spot. Two stations nearby. Close to shops but not in the really busy area. You could grab new towels etc if needed from the lobby. Kitchen was well equipped.

The property has no included scheduled cleaning service during the stay. You need to book a cleaning service for a fee if you plan to stay long and would like to have the apartment cleaned and towels/linen replaced

We love this apt. The space is not big, but is enough for family of 4. Everything here works well incl washing machine, heater/AC. Location is very prime next to 7/11, yoshinoya, mos burger, Daimaru shinsabashi that has decent supermarket, food court, shake shack burger. My kiss loved these. The communication w/ the apt is great. We definitely coming back.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartment Hotel 11 Shinsaibashi III.The location was excellent - surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants, and just a few minutes’ walk to the heart of Shinsaibashi. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.
