The way the receptionist received me and my girlfriends for check-in was: cold feeling and detached. I do not say see was rude. But the way she looks to us as guest and the way she was asking question was more like: I'm a computer program, and you just do what I ask you to do (fill in the form, give my the credit card and buy the requested amount of money). It is little sad: not only the facilities must be top-notch, but also the way a staff interacts with guest is also very important.

We like the very private space we have received. Our cottage is surrounded with high natural hedge. The cottage next to us can't see us. The room was small but comfy. The internet connection was good. TV has lots of channels to choose. The bathroom is well-equipped. Everything was neat and clean. The breakfast is OK. We enjoyed the selection of provided food.

Main course pricing unlike the breakfast buffet was a bit unreal considering the price. Not vale for money. Swimming pool too cold.

The spa staff really 😞 disappointed. we went for a massage and I can tell for sure it was just the worst massage I ever had.

As per other reviews food hit and miss. Buffet at breakfast plentiful but not hot and some meals a let down. The breakfast omelette station was excellent and some dishes spot on.

That the kids activities especially the boucing castles were only available during the weekends. My nephews would have loved to have some fun.

The location, the staff were amazing and the rooms were big enough and clean.

There are only two remarks: the outside light at the door is connected to the card controlled main switch. This means that when you arrive back at the room in the dark you have to feel where the card detector is. This light should be independent from the card controller. The second remark is that the toilet seat was not fixed and fell off, maintenance....

The check-in was quick and efficient, the room is well appointed and has everything that's required. The shower is spacious and the water can get really hot, if you want it. Breakfast is good.

Distance from other amenities could have been shorter. There could be a viewing point to Mount Kenya - now only saw it from windows in the gym.

Circular room was strange. Difficult to navigate between room and main building. Very isolated.

Key card had to be used to keep electric on and we were only given one key card so every time we left the cottage the refrigerator would turn off and tv settings lost phones not charged, etc. The cottage was a full kitchen, but no dishes were provided, not even plates and knife. Told they discourage use of the kitchen but it would have been nice to have dishes and silverware for snacks and even cook for a night. That is the expectation when you book a full kitchen. Staff did not know how to cook an egg over easy :(

The cleaning staff even cleaned my shoes when they did the room. They had a nice party for new years. The message was good They had everything we needed except for maybe a convince store with sundries like chips and vitamins

The breakfast and dinner do not match the standard of the hotel. The breakfast was below standard. The dinner was also below standard. They should improve their breakfast menu. The staff in the restaurant seem not to know much about their food, found them to be less interested in the guests and they seem to be less interested to answer when a guest asks for guidance with the menu. They are not friendly at all.

The cottages are beautiful, clean, well kept and clean linen, comfortable. The restaurant is clean and beautiful. The spa was nice but the spa area requires a bit of improvement. The ladies the spa were great and friendly.
