This is my second time at Amkia Villas, as usual it was a great experience, from the friendly and helpful staff to the gorgeous swimming pool and the clean comfortable villas. I will always go back to Amkia Villas whenever I travel to Diani.

This place was : Amazingly beautiful Modern kabisa Kitchen was top tier Interesting views Awesome bed The owner is very kind and very caring about everybody, Lena and the other staff members were very hospitable and nice. Our room was always fresh and clean My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay we booked to stay for 6 days but ended up staying for 2weeks I mean that’s how you know Amkia is a little heaven 😍 It is also just 15 minutes walk to the beach making it more interesting.. the best sunset , good restaurants, supermarket, tuk tuks are very closed by. Also there is totally Maximum security in amkia villa. We will definitely come back to this amazing place .. Asante sana kabisa for having us. Tutarudi tena. Winnie and Patrick

Everything! It felt so private and I loved everything about the apartment. Interior, very good standard and pool Area was beautiful too. Felt so comfortable in Amkia that I will skip going to watamu. will come back to Amkia in a couple of days to spend the rest of my holidays there.

Amkia Villas are extremely amazing value for money, super clean and bright and I really loved our stay. Everyone was very welcoming and flexible. The pool is also perfect size and everything else was also just perfect. I will definitely visit again!

Horrible management!!! They unapologetically created an incident that jeopardized our personal security and safety in a remote location of a foreign country!!!! Despite extensive coordination, they still put out security at risk and failed to understand concerns around potential insecurity and did not recognize the security implications of their failure! When we arrived, there was no one to receive us at check in at 1500. Took the property 3 hours to reply to our attempt to check in. Anxiety pushed us to find last minute accommodation, with no local number, spotty connection, relying on our cab drivers for help. Many accommodation where fully booked. When Amkia finally got back to us, it wasn’t to apologize and to attempt to fix the problem. But they questioned whether we were at right property based on what security guards told them!!! It wasn’t until we provided evidence of our presence at the location that two days later, they came back through booking messaging platform to offer a semblant of apology. This incident brings significant concern on their security set up. They claimed they had two guards on site and yet no one was there to respond to honking, vocal calls, knocking on the gates for a long time, and getting no answer when calling the number the property provided through Booking.com in our booking confirmation. I strongly advise against this property or if you must, ensure you leave no room for their scam. Remotely located. Far from the beach and from shopping places. Difficult to catch local tuktuk and taxis for transportation, spotty satellite connection using my U.S. international data plan.
