The location is found in a very quit, comfortable zone and secured area. The hospitality was also fantastic. I like it very much!

Only small maintenance is required; some in the bathroom, or the floor of the bedroom. But nothing as large it can affect the comfort of your stay!

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Its a very peaceful place with lots of space and a quiet and safe surrounding, yet greatly located near all visit-worthy parts of the city. The room was very comfortable and clean. And breakfast was delicious too!

There is room to improve breakfast, some cereal options would be great, but nothing too elaborate. The rest of the amenities were good for me.

The house is so clean, homely and serene very helpful staff. I had a nice time here. The breakfast is basic but good, it was made right on time and served hot.

The rooms outside the main building requires retouch though not very bad. My first visit was spent in this room. on the second visit i was housed in the main building which was fantastic, i understand though pricing was not the same for both rooms

Breakfast was nice, please increase the quantity (accompaniment) consider soft drink as well The location is very good ,very peaceful i loved it.

The wifi was too weak, so one couldn't use the TV The size of the room was small. The non provision of bottled drinking water. One has to buy.

Warm welcome by the staff. The fact that they prepared more than a simple breakfast that was very good. Quiet and peaceful environment.

Our reservation included breakfast, but they said it was not included because we are booking.com "genius" and we had 15% discount. We decided this place because of that so it wasn't fair, althought it must be said that it was very cheap. We asked to let the backpacks in the house during the day after check out and take them later, and they said no. It is a room inside a family house where the owners live, so you feel in someone else's space.

The place is in a quiet neighnourhood not far from the lake, Kilimani, it is clean, spacious and tidy.

Staff forgot to put toilet papers and soap. Breakfast: Having fried eggs almost every morning. We would appreciate more variability. Sometimes the TV was too loud and the baby was screaming in the early morning. A mini fridge available in the room would have been appreciated to feel more comfortable to take our drinks instead of sharing a mini fridge in common. 2 set of key will be appreciated instead of only one for a couple. A small discount would have been appreciated for the lunch meals not taken and lack of toilet paper and soap.

Great location. Close to Victoria Lake and touristic places and restaurants. Hidden and private place. Very nice and clear house. Staff are working hard to make it clean. We felt at home. Very sweet owner. It was good to be with her family and know her. Such a blessing! Warm, secure and quiet place. Possibility to eat there for the dinners and suppers. Delicious food served. We highly recommend this place.

Bookings showed four bedrooms. The third bedroom was to be with bunkbeds, though they used air mattresses. Despite their nice presentation, I expected more than an air mattress in a house at this price and of this quality. The fourth bedroom was to be with a double bed. Rather, the room was the enclosed back porch with a futon and only a futon. The first two rooms were excellent, but the third and fourth rooms were not what was shown on the site. Spoiled the stay for one of three visitors.

Beautiful house, easy to find neighborhood location, simply but comfortably furnished (though see comments about the third and fourth bedrooms), well stocked. I would definitely stay again if I didn't need the third or fourth bedroom, or if I was staying with children.
