We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Babylon gardens is one reason to tell to people that are reviewing accommodation to be aware of the best, the good and the bad. Markus has everything calculated here. There is nothing which makes this place take less than 10. Perfectly organised, clean, perfect food, fabulous environment and most of all that Markus is there to solve anything you need. Feel blessed to stay here, I wish every place and every owner give this attention to guests.

SwitzerlandStaying at Babylon Gardens was exactly what I needed after four days of safari. Markus and all the staff are so kind, attentive, and lovely, making your stay at their accommodation a true oasis. The food is great, and the rooms are actually small apartments with a living area, an open kitchen, and a bedroom. The bedroom has air conditioning, and the bathroom is very spacious! You can swim in the pool whenever you need a refreshing break. Spacious apartments, AC, a swimming pool, great food, always cold beer, and the wonderful company of Markus and the staff, so what more could you ask for? Would I come back? If I travel to Diani again, absolutely! Vielen Dank, Markis! Bis nächstes Mal!

Icelandnothing, if anything I am convinced that Babylon Gardens staff would have been solved that on the spot.
The high-quality mattress that was perfect for my slightly oversized frame. The spacious shower added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring everything was pristine and making us feel right at home. The nearby golf course had stunning nature and the friendly caddies made our games enjoyable, despite our skill level.
