I just needed a place to stay for 1 night near the airport as I was leaving very early in the morning for my next flight. The owner was very friendly helpful and accommodating. She was lovely.

I booked the room in Baraka Home facility but they put me in the Apple Tree facility. It was far away from the place where I have to meet with the rest of my group. Even though Baraka Home paid Uber I had to get up early. Because of the miscommunication I spent 30 minutes of my time waiting. So had to sleep only 3 hours. This was inconvenient. But the facility at Apple Tree was good.

Everything was perfect

The location was perfect as a room to sleep in while in transit. Caroline, the host, went out of her way on Sunday to take us back to the airport, which was extremely kind and considerate of her. As mentioned, the location is perfect for a night's transit accommodation.

I didn’t realise I would have a shared bathroom but was only there about 9 hours so wasn’t too much of an inconvenience.

I thought they offer free airport pick up service, but they are not,its cost 20$, so I apply cancel it considering I only booked it 1 hour before, but they rejected it. Than I have to go there ,but when I be the location they offer on booking, these isn’t any door. The taxi driver helped me to call them more than10 times, but nobody answered it. Finally taxi driver ask local people found the place,but due to they don’t have reception and still nobody answer,I can’t touch them at all.So I have to back to airport at midnight.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Baraka Home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the rooms and washrooms were well-maintained. We had an early morning flight and thought we’d have to skip breakfast, but the hostess kindly woke up early to prepare and pack it for us—a truly thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to others!

The bathroom ia a shared bathroom. The rooms are too small, its hard to work in my room. I ordered fish and the maid cooked for me food and I was never told how mucb it is, only to find out int thw morning when im leaving that I needed to pay ks 1543 for the meal. This I was never told how much it will cost otherwise I wouldnt have requested it.

Hi Caroline you are very receptive, but sorry the bathroom was dirty and very small and inconvenient couldn't have a proper shower like I wanted to ! The bed was a disaster when i complained about the standing fan not work host was kind enough to replace it.

High level of hospitality of hotel administrator Dorcas. Very kind and friendly owner Karoline. Hotel is not far away from airport. Good communication and taxi service. Hotel is clean and comfortable. You can order food by any food delivery applications.
