Most of the furniture are outdated never been changed or refurbished for years. bedding especially linen and towels needs changing I had to ask for new towels. My bed was made twice with stained linen. Curtains are really hard to open and closing you have to struggle. Housekeeping is not done every day unless you tell them they may never ask, and when it's done not completely. I liked it when Felista cleaned my apartment. Kitchen is another problem the cooker doesn't work properly all outdated and make you scared to use it. Not everything is put in the kitchen before check in. I had to request for so many things from saucepan and glasses frying pan etc.

I liked the security and most of the staff were really nice and helpful from the main entrance and reception, days staff and nights.

I give the WiFi a 0 out of 10. Unfortunately. Lucky for me I was on holiday so didn't bother much, we were using our phone bundles. For the business people, I'm not sure how you'll feel without WiFi. The rooms are not soundproof. I could hear my neighbour next door. Apart from that we enjoyed alot.

The kitchen could be more well equipped. The TV could have worked. Be careful on the bathroom, the floor is EXTREMELY slippery when wet. They should either put a shower mat or give slippers. there is no safe in the room. bathroom door is also not working. The garden was being worked on.

Overall, the place is good. The place is large. the bed is comfortable. The couch is great.

The cooker; it needs changing or repairs with a user manual. Lighting in the bedroom; the sofas in the living room are quite uncomfortable. Facilities are pretty dated.

The quality of the breakfast selection and the care of serving it in the room would deserve an upgrade. No Kleenex tissues or napkins available, no pepper or salt could be obtained with the fried eggs (!), no single sharp knife was found among the cutlery to cut an apple. The fridge had to be started by our own care.

We liked the spacious apartment. The relatively quiet location in Nairobi is most convenient. We greatly appreciated the safe parking and the friendliness of reception and parking lot staff!

The water pressure in the bathroom was low. It took a really long time for there to be enough water in the bathtub, which was one of the biggest deciding factors for me choosing to stay at this hotel. Also, the amenities in the kitchen were quiet limited, not sure if you can get more items upon request.

The location is quite close to the main road so has easy access to transport, easy to give directions to and very close to a shopping center. It is a very convenient location. I also liked how quiet it was and the bed was very comfortable.

Clean, spacious, amazing staff from the gate, reception, restaurant all the way to cleaners. The location is wonderful, near Yaya Centre which is one of the best malls with most social amenities, nice eateries around, supermarket is 5 min walk, safe and secure environment.
