2 pools abit small, pricing for location (no beach hotel)

newly renovated, good breakfast, 2 inhouse restaurants, nice oceanview, good wifi, smartTV, location not far from nyali center, pools well maintained

As we had a room facing the mainroad,it was a bit noisy in the night. Now Im glad the hotel is about 10min walk to the beach,otherwise it would not be a -secret get away' anymore!😃

We used to 'ignore' this hotel for a while when on holidays in Mombasa since its not directly at the beach but on the mainroad. However,our stay was perfect and every staffmember was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. 🤩 The food was very tasty and fresh.Breakfast was a good mix between African and continental choices.Extra wishes were no problem. The prices in the restaurants were a bit expensive but fair considering the quality. Our room was modern and very clean. In Europe,this hotel could easily compete with a 4Star hotel. I hope to return for another stay in the future.

A minor point. Filter coffee is not ready at breakfast buffet but can be ordered. There's plenty choice in teas.

Location is excellent. Close to beach front and mall. Great pool, lounge and rooms are large and very comfortable. Breakfast is good and staff friendly and helpful.

I guess the windows do not isolate the noise from the outside very well, but it was still manageable.

The personnel was nice and very helpful. They prepared a big lunch box for me very early in the morning for Safari which was nice and tasty. Restaurant had a good variety of tasty food. The room was comfortable and clean.

The swimming pool is between two restaurants and a bar, so there is no privacy.

The hotel has a great ambiance and is conveniently located near Nyali Mall and the food from the Indian restaurant was great

the pastries were a bit dry, and the options for something quick were really only yogurt or cereal, no spa on site which is a minus, but there is one nearby.

I love the secure gate and check-in process. I also appreciated the amazing hospitality of everyone including guards, check-in staff, and custodial staff. The restaurant on site was pretty good with many options and we ate dinner there. The room itself was awesome and huge! The shower and the balcony were the highlights.The beds were very clean and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was ok nothing crazy. there was an omelet station one day that was really good. I love that there were chicken sausage options and not a lot of pork products. Great location, close to Haller Park, and the City Mall, and very short walk to the beach.

The bed was on a platform that did not match the rectangular shape of the mattress. The platform stuck out beyond the bed and it took three serious shin bangs for me to remember to step around it.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items. Katembo, the chef, makes great omelettes.

Bed linens and towels have seen better days (could do with newer linens). The fridge in the room was rusted, and would be good to provide face towels.

The location was super convenient to get around the nyali area. The room design was brilliant and spacious. Very clean hotel as well. Highly recommended.

Had no power in room for 24hrs as electric tripped. Was very quickly sorted by maintenance

Over all the hotel was very clean. Rooms clean on a daily basis. Excellent buffet breakfast location was good, close to main shopping malls. No balcony

The bathroom badly needs renovation. It doesn't suit an otherwise top-quality hotel to have a bathroom in such a condition. But it's not which should discourage you from choosing this hotel.

The room size was great. The bed was comfortable. The air-conditioner fine. The Indian restaurant in the hotel was excellent, one of the best I've ever dined in.
