Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

PortugalIt is located in the CBD but close to the border between Westlands and the CBD. A hotel away from the chaotic part, yet very close to the city center for an easy visit. The breakfast is excellent – very complete, catering to all tastes, and of high quality. We also had the chance to have lunch and dinner there, and everything was very good – great quality at a fair price. The staff are outstanding: very friendly and extremely helpful. It's a practical hotel both for setting off on a safari and for exploring the city. I highly recommend it.

SwitzerlandThe garden and garden view are very nice. During the rain season the sound of the river completely covers the noise of the town. In warmer seasons the pool is inviting for a refreshment or a swimming exercise. Proximity to the national museum which is in walking distance just over the river (no sidewalks available, so still taxi to be considered) The architecture of the hotel is quite particular and spacious.

AustraliaThe location was reasonably close to the centre of town and restaurants, but it was not safe, due to the availability / condition of the footpaths to make walking an option. The water in the showers was mostly cold.
The staff were friendly and very accommodating. There was a good range of food for breakfast. The hotel was relaxing and felt safe.
