Transfer from airport to hotel didn't show up. Not reliable. I had to use airport taxis. Hotel should find a more reliable driver. It made me have an initial negative view of hotel but once I arrived l, the rest of my stay was great.

Very warm welcome by all the team at hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is great. I will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family

Location not very convenient but not bad, not much availability on food menu. It depends on the time I guess, but still I think it needs a bit of improvement on that.

The menu was limited - just simple Kenyan not the more exotic promised by the menu download. We would have eaten with you every night had the menu been more varied.. The unfinished block paving near the pool is not a good look! Certainly wasn't a Genius breakfast - service was slow and items undercooked.

The apartment was nice. Internet TV was awesome. The pool was great. Staff were generally friendly. Would visit again if the housekeeping and standard of food improved.

Very loud music near the swimming pool. They didn’t think about the people who are staying in the rooms. I was sick and couldn’t sleep in the day time. They even ask for 200 shillings for room service (food). There were small ants on the bed.

1. I was here in early December and it was basically a construction site, so plenty of noise and dirt during the day, lots of construction workers cross-crossing on the stairs. Loud Karooke one night until well past midnight so not a place to go with small kids. 2. The power was also a problem although they do have a backup generator, only sometimes the elevator is out so if you are physically challenged better to stay on the ground floor. 3. Breakfast is very very basic and one of the waiters had a serious attitude that almost ruined my day but was made up by the amazing reception staff and swimming area staff. The menu is also very very limited - most of the stuff was unavailable.

1 This property has a lovely swimming pool and cosy sitting area. Well located close to a supermarket. 2.The rooms are small but well furnished - except the kitchen in my one bed apartment that had only a tiny bar fridge. No kettle or microwave as in the picture on the website. Not even a pan to boil water. 3. The aircon and wifi work great which is truly what you need.
