Honestly, the beach was the biggest disappointment. Truly, it is a COral Beach. So we had to walk away to get to Sandy Beach. That was the only thing that was really disappointing.

Our room was nice and the housekeeping staff was very nice! Though I paid for laundry and never received my change back🤷🏼‍♀️

I had serious issues with the shower in three different rooms- either no hot water, very low pressure, or constant dripping. As a result, for a few days I had to use a basin instead of a shower. Despite multiple complaints, the problems weren’t resolved until I demanded to speak to the manager. Maintenance left a mess on the floor that I had to clean myself, and staff failed to follow up. Towels were worn and floors felt greasy even after being mopped. Privacy was an issue in the ground floor room due to untinted windows.

The location is fantastic, as it’s just a short walk to Carrefour and other local shops, including SIM card providers. The gardens are beautifully maintained with stunning trees, including a baobab, and a variety of wildlife like baboons and other monkeys. The pool was clean and the property has direct access to a beautiful beach. The rooms and hut were both spacious, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The manager was genuinely professional and apologetic once made aware of the issues.

The environment was fantastic, very quiet, lots of nature. The location was perfect very near to Carrefour, restaurants and shops. Travelling around was cheap as there was abundant tuk tuk for cheap transportation.

The constant traffic of solicitors along the beach was troublesome but it didn't affect our mood .

I enjoyed how tranquil it was . My fiance and I were very happy . We both have stressful and noisy jobs so the time spent at this resort was a recharge for our spirit .

The rooms have no towel racks, the need luggage racks for travel boxes, need drying lines in the bathrooms. The TV was not functional. The toilet flushing symphon need replacement has been affected by salty water needs change. Repairs by plumbers is inconvinient its a very cheap item but important. Bar had limited choices so didnt use

Check-inn was a hassle, room was not ready despite us being on time. The swimming pool is small and very shallow, they clean it in swimming hours so you cannot use it on schedule. Despite the cleaning, the water seems unclean.

The entire complex is very pleasant, beautiful gardens, great beachfront area, good breakfast buffet... suites have nice terrace/balcony. Easily accessible from the main road. Spacious room

I didn't have towels in my room & in the swimming pool despite numerous requests! Felt amused though with their excuse that the towels were washed in the morning and awaiting to dry in hot sunny Diani 12 hours after 😀. I couldn't operate the AC in my room but then who needs the AC when you are out all day?

Location is great, with own beach and fully staffed bar. Last minute change of accommodation but we're happy to take me in last minute and in a busy season after one booked originally in the area fell through! Grateful I got a place. Staff were friendly and kind.

The pool does not cater for adults at all. Its shallow and very small this fits kids but not adults. I tried going for a swim once and the pool was very crowded and the treatment was super concentrated. I didn't spend more than five minutes in, I preferred the Ocean with its seaweed and all. The rooms could use some renovation here and there. The bathroom was constantly clogged after a shower and it made me feel bad that the cleaners had to deal with it on a daily. It just needs some improvements to be better. The rooms could use some bins, we were very limited with where to dispose out items. Also the kitchen was unusable, cutlery and pans were rusted and the space was just not ideal, the kitchen should really be looked into.

The staff on the ground was quite friendly and ready to assist. The facility was kept clean and was very green making it scenic and ambient. I loved that the place is easily located and it's not far from the shopping areas. The place is super safe we practically were without our room key and the room stayed open even when we were out and about and nothing went missing the entire time. The food prepared is also top notch, the food must have been my highlight, try the chicken biriyani it was a 10 plus the chef was super nice the entire time and not the fake kind of nice, just a genuine nice with an everyday concern of how we were fairing on it was a great touch.

The beach at the hotel isn’t great for swimming, but you can go down the road and swim at the beach there. There was a leak in the bathroom but the staff fixed it ASAP

The facility is run down, access to the beach could be better, the breakfast was below average other than the fresh juice, the cups, plates and cutlery seem very old. I didn't dare take meals after a warning from another guest
