The hospitality experience was fantastic! However, the room could benefit from having an iron box available, an orthopedic mattress, and daily changes of beddings. Since it was peak season and the place was quite busy, it might be a good idea to have a lifeguard for the swimming pool in case of any incidents. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and the kitchen provided excellent meals, a stark contrast to our previous experience.

The shower was not letting out suffient water. Shower did not have anything to protect the whole bathroom from flooding while taking a shower. It really needs a door to the shower cubicle or at least a shower curtain

The size of the room was great. It had a sofa and a mimi kitchen. It also had a television.

Had requested for an early check in at 10:00 am which I was told is okay when I called. Unfortunately when I got to the place room was bit ready until after 3:30 pm. Waited at the reception and restaurant downstairs. Getting to the room there was a bad smell,only to realise later there was garbage left under the kitchen sink by previous occupier along with some bottles of whisky. Please offer towels for the outer bathroom floor. After showering the place gets wet with nothing to wipe the floor with.

There was no mosquito net and there was a funny smell like cockroach like when opening kitchen cupboards. On the 2nd last day there was room service done by a lady and i heard her make a clicking sound while cleaning,(i was seated by the balcony) this shouldn't happen when there are guests or no guests. Another issue is the restaurant and bar though i was already told is run by 3rd party , I was ignored the whole time i was sitting in the restaurant (it was not a busy day and the restaurant was not full ,there were people at only 3 tables ,that were already served and the waiters were at the counter chatting) had to stand up and go to the bar to order fresh juice since no one was attending to me. Also at the bar was ignored ,by a male staff who was there ,then after, another waiter brought me the menu and i managed to order , what i noticed is a lady came sat next to me and was immediately given the menu Later while sitting/standing i saw a caucasian couple walk and sit outside the restaurant and immediately a waiter followed them with a menu ,mmh starting to wonder if this is about race or also judging someone on how they physically look/dress. This made me checkout the next morning though i had planned to extend my stay

Getting an extra towel was an unwelcome request yet I indicated we were three but they kept bringing only two and upon asking I was rudely told the studio only gets 2 towels. Same as towels for the swimming pool.To get one was a big deal. The studio gets very very hot when you cook.

If the sockets behind the sofa can be repaired, it would be great. Otherwise there are other sockets that are working within the room.

The location and ambience is great. The restaurant has great food and the beach is amazing as it is just a few meters walk. The place is very clean and the welcome at the reception was great. I will definitely go back again.

The host Nancy Ogola did not pick up my calls or answer my texts during the entire stay Taking a shower was chaotic as water would spill over and flood the entire bathroom

Some repairs had to be made with us in the room. Waiting time for orders may not be the best if you're hungry or in a hurry.

Some guys that try to solicit certain things. There was this one guy named Randall, he tried to rip me off charging me $130.00(u.s.d) just to show me a few fish on the beach when the tide was very low. Was extremely upset about it. Didn't even tell me before hand how much he was charging. He should be removed from the premises before he does this to someone else.

It's really quiet and the beaches were excellent. Loved everything about it.
