Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. LithuaniaWhat a customer service???! We were moved to that hotel, but on arrival realized its empty! No other guests, restaurant and bar not working, only one staff member! Why not inform us at least a day before about the situation? In the end we had to move to another location, that caused us loosing time, loosing money and ruined first impressions. Luckily we found another place.

FranceWe got The room with view but the one we got was super tiny Also if you are not italian , forget this hotel, they dont consider you. You wont have the same quality of service. At the restaurant, for facilities they were served first, sometimes the staff forgot our orders. Serveral times we felt uneasy. The group of italians present at the same time, was super rude even with the staff. The breakfast is not bad but the products are industrials and same meals every day. Beach boys on the beach

I wasn't going to leave a review but as booking.com keep asking... I had a very unpleasant stay as on the first night I woke to a rat in my room! All credit to the housekeeping gentleman who came and killed it and removed it for me in the early hours. But how a rat ever came to be in my room in the first place is really not what you expect for holiday accomodation.

SwitzerlandWe are still in Kenya and English is the main language. I found it weird always been addressed in Italian, only because most of the guests are Italians.
The buffet is fantastic! Especially that meat and fish is prepared fresh on a grill everyday! Also the pasta, pre-prepared but still cooked with the sauce directly on the stop! The variety is also excellent!

KenyaStaff attitude. No amenities at all. In fact we were even asked to buy shower caps if we need. Rooms were small. The hotel used a different rate of exchange for USD than what was online. The bar was severely understocked, actually it was empty. The chef told us he doesn't know how to make an omelette.

The beach is clean and when you get tired of the beach you can go swim in one of the pools at the property. There is a restaurant within the property called Tamu and is a great place to chill or have lunch
