We were given water only on the reporting date. soap was not replaced, same to tissue, and these are daily charges.

The room, particularly the bed and bedding, did not meet expectations at all. The floors were cold, with no rug provided. The TV was small and not a smart TV. The bedsheets were too small to cover the entire bed, and I often woke up on a bare mattress. I was given a double bed, which was essentially two separate beds with two different mattresses pushed together. The beds would shift apart during the night, requiring me to push them back together. The mattresses also need replacement.

The Lights kept going on and off regularly. The TV was not working and there were no seats in the rooms or a table. No soap dish in the shower. Some windows were not shutting properly.

My room was dirty, toilet stained/not cleaned and the trash from the previous guest/s were still in the trash bins.

The serenity of the property, the peace and quiet and being close to nature. Our Waiter(unfortunately I cant remember his name) but was our waiter for the 2days and Mary the lady that took us round were very courteous/Great customer service.

The food service, it took more than 2 hours to prepare food and serve and was not hot enough by the time it got to the table. Being that the lounge is located in a cold place the rooms were chilly so maybe the management should think of providing warmer duvets.

The rooms need some renovation/maintenance,especially the windows and tiles.Towels were brownish,old,some tattered. The place is too cold,an Ac or Space heater,an electric water kettle with some coffee n sugar would be good option. The swimming pool should have a pool attendant,a child almost drowned.

The property design

The Facility is well done and the design is amazing, really like the design owesome construction and the design work which really commofollage to the enviroment and the natural design well done the owner for the idea. room was good but there was no power in my ockets throughout the stay . was no proper ventilation and our first room was stuffy , however much need more rooms but a bit congested but well done . food was great staff were good breakfast was fair although we wanted to have packed breakfast but we couldnt get it and we had to only have tea and coffee and go. we also left ear;ly when we were checking out and we couldnt get hte breakfast and we had to leave.

The room didn't have toiletries...toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap, I didn't have a towel on day 1. Would have been nice to have drinking water or even juice at breakfast. The restaurant generally does not serve water during meal times. That was lacking. Night one was excellent; music, bonfire plenty of food by the pool side. Night 2 had none of those. No bonfire was set up, yet it was included in the package and the place is pretty cold. It was boring. The place has lots of mosquitos. Would have been nice to have mosquito nets.

The ambience was great, great location as well. Staff were kind and ready to help. Meals were okay too.

Bathroom Sink was broken, no cold water in the bathtub only hot, the bathroom sink was leaking hence water always on the bathroom floor
