We had a suite with a balcony and the rooms were massive. Great staff, friendly, helpful and professional. Location was fine and very secure with reassuring security measures. Breakfast extensive and excellent. Great rooftop bar and food in restaurants was good. We went for a walk locally and felt pretty safe. Great value for what we received.

Absolutely the most wonderful and helpful staff I have ever met in a hotel (and I traveled a lot). We were here for a medical emergency and they have been very helpful to assist us in any way. Always with a genuine interest asking how we are doing. The fact that the room was very comfortable, helped us getting better through this situation . Big thanks to all the staff!!!

The chairs in the room were quite uncomfortable

Room was spacious and clean. Like that the AC vents are not directly pointed towards the bed, something that so many hotels get wrong. Location was near to several resturants. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The staff at the front office, check in was express. The restaurant and rooftop eatery is all I can want in a calm neighborhood.

Nothing too bad but there were some basic mistakes made by the reception staff during check-in and even during the stay. For some reason there was always a bit of confusion. For example- they took a $100 deposit for incidentals at check-in and then kept insisting that there is no deposit so i have to pay for food and drinks on the spot and during check-out they realised there was a deposit after all and now I have to wait for a refund for 7 days.

Overall a well maintained building with good facilities. Amos our housekeeping staff was very helpful and went out of the way to assist.

Music in the bar was too loud.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I felt like a VIP staying there. Also the breakfast buffet was amazing! Fresh fruit, fresh juice and eggs made to order. Pool on the top floor was a nice place to relax.

From the moment we were at the gate of the hotel, the staff greeted us with a lovely warm welcome, plenty of information and such warmth. We were accomodated with any request we had and with top class customer service. Our room offered spectacular views over Nairobi, was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool and gym facilities were spotless and very inviting. Our lunch was so delicious and all of the staff were so lovely. Siphrah who looked after us for dinner and cocktails was so lovely and engaging and was the best host. The best latte macchiato in Kenya was had two days in a row. The takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight was the best offering we have ever had - and packaged so nicely!! Highly recommend for any stays in Nairobi.
