A hairdryer would be lovely in the room, except that no complaints

Hosts were super friendly and organized a pick up from the airport although we arrived really late. It's very close to the airport, perfect for a quick and affordable stayover. The house is nicely decorated. Breakfast was made early for us because we needed to leave for Safari.

Difficulty in finding the place and the fact that i didnt have enough time to enjoy the house and the breakfast which was included..

I was only here for about 3 hrs as my flight had been delayed by 4 hrs. And i was catching another early morning flight the next day. So i m not in a position to say much about it. Anna the girl who opened the gate was very helpful and nice to us. She rang taxi driver when he was having difficulty finding the house. It seemed like a really nice old house.

The property is good and clean. Around 15-20 mns from airport. Good for transit. The host Jaqueline is responsive and takes good care of everything. They provide tasty English breakfast.

It is in a newly-developing area. Therefore, it is a bit dusty and noisy and the roads are a bit rough.

Breakfast was great. The room was great. The property is beautiful and well-cared for. The staff and owners were very kind and friendly. Jackie's cooking was great and she was always available to help with any question or problem. The owner, George and his wife, Florence and their son Emanuel are all kind and helpful people. This place is excellent. I had a wonderful, rewarding and refreshing stay. I highly recommend this place.

They have late check in/out. Close to the airport and SGR. The lady onsite Jacqueline is awesome 👌. She makes sure you have everything you need to be comfortable. She even gave me another room that's quieter as she didn't want me to be disturbed in the morning.

Shelmith came to pick us up from the airport. She was so friendly and made us feel right at home! The property had everything we needed. Anna was there to help us out if we needed anything. Our entire experience was exceptionally positive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They provided an early breakfast, which greatly improved our morning before we head out for Safari

Florence met us at airport as promised, took us to a cafe to buy a few supplies. Florence is lovely and a prefect host. The house is 10 mins drive from the airport, very secure, and lovely. We slept very well :-) The breakfast was fab.

We had a fantastic stay. Florence was an exceptional host friendly, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, and we stayed in touch easily via WhatsApp. When we arrived, someone was already waiting at the airport with a sign and our name on it, which was such a warm welcome. Florence also personally dropped us off at the end of our stay, showing just how much she cares about her guests. The lodge is located in a safe and secure complex with a beautiful garden filled with lovely bird sounds. It’s peaceful and quiet, you wouldn’t even know you’re so close to the airport. The room had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, strong WiFi, and a delicious breakfast each morning. Florence truly went the extra mile. When we accidentally left our son’s jacket behind, she kindly arranged for an Uber to bring it to us. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.

absolutely nothing except for the frequently barking dogs during the night and some mosquitos in the room and bathroom (but they provide repelent to keep them away) - but both these issues are not unique to this house, they are very common in this area and I experienced the same problem in 2018 in different property of much lower standard

Florence and her team were great hosts, very nice people. She picked me up at the JKIA airport and dropped me off at the end, included in the price. The house is really big and situated in a safe area with gate guardian, also the gate to the house is guarded. The room was very big, the bed comfortable and big, wi-fi was working perfectly. There is an equipped kitchen that can be used, large seating downstairs. The bathroom was also big and clean. The access road is so typically "African" with bad sidewalk and full of locals going to/from work, but I did not feel unsafe even after dark, although there are no lights on that road. It is about 20 minutes by walk from Mombasa Road, but you can use motorcyclists to give you a ride for some money. It is also about 20 minutes by car from the airport. The nearest shopping mall and eateries are on the Mombasa Road. Most of the time I was alone in the house and it was very quiet there during the night (except for the dogs). If the price will be fine as it was in my case, I will be gladly coming back for this great accommodation with friendly people and atmosphere.

Florence was an exceptional host! She met us at the airport at 1am as our package also included shuttle services from the airport. She was warm and very welcoming. The rooms were clean, hot showers and a generous breakfast. I highly recommend Eshborns house!
