We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

KenyaNot a beach front. But the beach is not that far as it is a walking distance.
The villa is quite beautiful and super clean. The hosts Ester and Sheila were quite friendly and would definetly come back as the area is good for families and couples. The pool is also beautiful. There are quite many places to visit and thus affordable.

Malta- I would have liked to be able to pay by card (only cash or Mpesa was offered and there is no ATM nearby) - Jacuzzi is just an extension of the pool with low intensity jets in it. In my opinion, the name of the property is slightly deceiving
- Safety - there were always guards at the property, ready to open and close the gate after you - Cleaning was done daily and very well - Very convenient location with lots of cheap moto taxies coming and going all the time - Washing machine available

United StatesIt said the villa was on ocean beach front, but we had to walk about 1/2 mile across a road to get there.
Fabulous fresh food that was prepared with a lot of pride and perfection.

The boys are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is good equipped.

The location was perfect! The property was well decorated had fans and air con, everything you could want to relax, sun beds, swimming towels etc.

KenyaSCAM ALERT!! This property is advertised a beach front! It is NOT beach front. You have to drive some way to access a beach! The advert is misleading, and I was surprised to learn that the owner of this property knows that his advert is misleading/inaccurate but deliberately keep us this way to capture unsuspecting customers! Staff informed me that I was the 11th customer complaining about this misrepresentation. We had to cancel our stay and find a hotel for our time in Malindi. The owner was unhelpful and refused to give a refund even after we checked out after one night. This place is a scam. Don’t book it.

United KingdomOnly on arrival, we were told that the payment could only be made by cash - with on facility to pay be card. I understand that this is a temporary issue but I did have to spend quite some time and energy finding a way to make payment - not an ideal start to a holiday. The owner agreed to shoulder the cost of additional fees when in the end we found a way to pay via MPESA
the house is as described. it has air-conditioning which functions well, when there is electricity in Watamu. The local team, led by Hasimi, were helpful and available when needed.
