Bow is on our eighth bit of restoration. You can’t sit outside like you used to other than that perfect place.

No matter where you go you’re gonna have to eat and the rooftop restaurant is fantastic both of you and please eat a lamb chop from the chef who’s on after 2 o’clock or eat shish kebab and rice. Their food is now to die for no kidding.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options with a distinctive touch of Indian cuisine that made the experience truly memorable. The Chef personally took the time to seek our feedback on some of the dishes, engaging with us courteously and professionally. The staff went above and beyond—filling my son’s bottle with extra tea for the journey home and even packing some yoghurt for the whole family. Their thoughtful gestures and warm hospitality were greatly appreciated.

I was really displeased at the restaurant is now undergoing new management. I used to like the old restaurant and the set up and the food is kind of changed and not the best right now.

I love the accommodations. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is excellent couldn’t be better. The room was very clean. The security guards are very welcoming.

I requested late check out as I had flight late in the evening but I was charged $40 for just 2hrs which is really too much compared to the daily rate I had paid for the room. The breakfast had limited options, some improvements needed. Lastly the bed comfort should also looked at.

The location was excellent, I also appreciated the customer care from reception staff especially Mrs Evelyn

1st of all the Location is best, 500 MTR from carrefour, 900mtr from sharit center mall, and for Indians there’re good food option for vegetarians.

I didn't like that. The ironing facilities was outside each time I needed to use the iron I had to go downstairs and enter a little room. The ironing facilities in that room is very poor. They need proper ironing boards and decent irons. It was just low level stuff. Even though the hotel is in a prime location. If you want to go out at night, there's a little bit of a dark patch that you have to go through, where there is no street lights. Just as a warning I did go out. I felt safe enough but others may not be so comfortable with this. I had pre-booked my taxi with the hotel and it was supposed to be at the airport waiting for me when I got there. I was surprised because my taxi was not there when I arrived, These people had me waiting for an hour at the airport. When I called them and asked them where my taxi was they gave me some stupid excuse and said that it was because of the rain why I had to wait. I started to feel very unsafe because I had numerous taxi drivers coming up to me asking me if I wanted their service and said that "this is how hotels normally operate. They just say that they're sending somebody then don't in order for you to use the taxi services at the airport" Neither the hotel nor Booking.com were very helpful in this case. I had to borrow some strangers phone to call the hotel as my phone wasn't set up yet. Not good at all.

I loved the location of this hotel. It is right in the center of the city and is close by everything. There is countless food options. There's countless things to see. Lots of walking if you want to do your morning exercise. Lots of shops. Everything is on your doorstep.
