AustriaIf you are not planning to take the train or an airplane I would not recommend the location as a tourist. But for one night before traveling its great!
Had everything we needed, hot shower was available and we even got an early breakfast because we needed to leave early. Staff was friendly and helpful. Small shops are located very close to get some snacks and water.

Very nice hotel closs to the SGR terminal (10/15 minute drive by motortaxi). Clean, very friendly and helpful personel, en simple but good breakfast included.

Kenyaplease try and prepare food i.e lunch and supper. you can always leave a note for visitors to request food. yes, one can request food but let them know in advance. visitors want sweet Swahili foods and even snacks, juices i.e embe dodo, melon with ice cubes, etc . you can split this according to the time of the day at 10.00 am and 3.00 pm snacks are ready could non-perishable cassava crisps,mabuyu,korosho to cookies. spoil your visitors fully with coastal foods and you will earn more!
rooms are cool and clean with very little disturbance from road noise.

United KingdomDirty rotten pillows and dirty bedding, dangerous bathroom, injured myself there. I found bed bugs and lice in the pillows, and they looked like they were at least 13 years old. I have attached pictures for proof. The pillows are stained with pics and poo and really made me feel like vomiting. I know it's kenya, but at least I have clean bedding and pillows, and the bathroom cause me to cut open my hand, and it's just unacceptable this poor level of service. I will now log a formal complaint with booking.com

KenyaThe sheets they had smelt some type of way. The towels and sheets we clean but looked brown. There was hair in the towel hanging area so cringe.
The staff is very kind and friendly. The place is sooo close to the train station it is definitely a place you can sleep in as you wait to board your train or go into mombasa town the following morning.
