The swimming pool, though it was a bit cold.

The food was really poor, the showers were cold most of the time, the room was outdated and not well maintained.

It was nicely situated, being a short walk from town. The swimming pool was a decent size. The food was good and varied. The staff were friendly and obliging, taking a lead, I guess from the owner, Thomas, a well travelled gentlemen who couldn't have been more engaging and affable.

The bed was a little hard and it would have been nice to have a bedside lamp to read by.

Great location, friendly management and staff, excellent food. Affordable room charges. The tents are huge and great. I recommend this place for solo travelers on a budget.

I didn't like the way their staff treats african visitors. You could clearly see behavior and treatment changes when whites are around. The gateman was one hell of man who never wanted to see african walkins.

I was well looked after by the staff on site who were incredibly welcoming and helpful during my stay. My room was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed breakfast especially the fresh fruits. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family when they visit Voi.

Pool looked clean and inviting. Our rooms were in old safari tents with private bathrooms and dressing areas.

Facilities are getting tired. Staff seem bored, as was very slow. Tent ceilings are low, even if you are 1.78m.

Friendly helpful staff in a somewhat tired facility.

The "tents" are quite cramped for someone six feet tall like me.

Personal touch from the owner. Thank you for the nice soup and salted Sprite to sooth my tummy!

General update to brighten up? - furniture, deco, etc., it looked rather dark and tired.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the food taste super nice and the rooms are great.

Perfect stay to visit tsavo park. With my friend we arrived by train from Mombasa and the facility is easily reachable by public means and close to the gate entrance. The staff was very nice and friendly with us; there were only a couple guests beside us, so we could fully enjoy the cosy and intimate atmosphere at the facility. The poolside is perfect for relaxing after the game in the park. We were also satisfied with the food and abundant breakfast. It's a perfect relaxing oasis and would definitely recommend it!

The facility may need some additional maintainance and attention to details, but all in all we were very satisfied.

The kind staff

I hated the breakfast and the aura generally, I felt I didn't get value for my money except for the kind staff

If your planning on staying in Voi then I highly recommend Impala Safari Lodge. The rooms were very clean the food was amazing and the staff made the whole trip they really did anything they could do for us. Amazing place

Breakfast had a very wide range of items. Staff were very kind and very accommodating to our itinerary. After a request they put as all in rooms right near each other. Very close to SGR and the national park.
