KenyaThe greyish brown exterior colour is not very inviting. Very limited ammenities in the room eg. No toothbrush, no Lofar etc which would be expected of a business hotel.
Located right in the middle of town hence easy accessibility. Surprisingly quiet inspite of the noise from outside. The soundproofing is excellent. Very comfortable rooms with nice blackout curtains. Extensive array of food at breakfast. Service with a smile, always, from the front door to the restaurant etc.

KenyaThe dining is like a hall. May be could be arranged so that there is a feeling of dining in privacy. Also there were no tables for two. All tables sat a minimum of four and looked bare. It would be nice to have a predinner drinks area close to the dining hall bar where one could have a drink before dinner. Otherwise one feels rushed to the table to eat and get out.

Kenyasome one at the reception revealed the details of my previous visitor without any prodding to my new guest. This could have been very bad had it not been for the fact that they new each other as co- wives.
The general reception ,directions to the room, attention given to my guest who arrived earlier and the general ambiance. Breakfast was fine with adequate variety and ready on time for an early riser like me.

United StatesThey had not provided rooms next to one another initially as we requested at booking. When we arrived, we had to wait while they moved us around. The bellman, in trying to be helpful was intrusive. The air conditioning in my room was off on day two, and I had to request assistance twice; however, it was eventually repaired at 1:30 am on day three—checkout day.
Monica, the intern, was helpful and thoughtful. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped.The hotel provided a small refrigerator upon request.
