This is a jewel of a place, so well build and looks like you're next to the coast, the staff were fantastic and has amazing facilities. Stayed overnight with breakfast included, the breakfast is the best breakfast I have experienced anywhere in the Nairobi region.cooked ro perfection and you can tell they have chefs, not cooks. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to experience it once again

The communication would have been a bit better as there was some confusion on the type of room i booked. Ensure that the picture you see matches the room you want and call just to make sure that the type of room you book is what you will get and not a different room type. However, the staff is super friendly and eager to assist.

The breakfast options were varied with a lot of options to pick from. They had good vegetarian options if you do not eat meat. The grounds are very beautiful and the atmosphere is serene. The also have various seating spaces and lounge areas suitable for group activities such as games and birthday celebrations. Would recommend it as aplace to take a break away from the city.

1.The room needs more sound proofing as we could here the noise from the vehicles on the highway. 2. The gardening needs to be upped abit, the area around the restaurant looks a bit bushy.

The room was nice, my request for an extra blanket was granted. Judy was really professional in ensuring an upgrade on my earlier booked room.

I arrived at 2am, and was given hut 2, right near the guards/gate. Although not absurdly loud, guards start speaking at about 6am with people (workers) arriving and each other. So, my reason for booking (to have a good night after my late arrival in Kenya) was cut short bc of that.

The highway is busy and a bit noisy in the room which might disturb some.

This location is a just a bit too close to the main highway. Perhaps they could consider double or triple window glazing. Other than that, it is an VERY beautiful place.

The turn off on the highway is a little tricky and you could easily pass it.

The staff were simply fantastic especially at check-in. Broad smiles and inviting demeanor just set the tone for the staycation.

The only recommendation I would make for light sleepers is to request a room as far away from the road as possible. Although the hotel is situated in a convenient location, the noise from passing cars can be heard from the rooms closest to the road.

The check-in process was a breeze, with friendly staff who were more than happy to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was good but could be better. Same case for the Valentine dinner, could have included more of the foods offered in your ala carte menu which are quite tasty.

The mattress was quite hard, so did not sleep well, and the the night was noisy, ( stayed ground floor) the people above kept dragging things, plus noise from the road 😑

The swimming pool area, the food was good and the shower was great
