It was very warm in the room during the night without AC and we would have liked the opportunity to use the kitchen.

Alberto and the staff were super friendly, we felt right at home! Breakfast and dinner were really good, thank you Rama. The pool space is very clean and perfect for relaxing, as well as the lounge space upstairs. We loved how quiet and green the space is.

Kimya House is very good place located only 10 minutes by foot from the beach. We went to the beach every morning for swimming. Owner Alberto show us all rooms and we had possibility to stay in 3 of them. Thank you Alberto! All staff were very kind and helpfull. Dinner was prepared especially for us - they were very tasty home made dinner ! I had to work and there were special place for work.

This place is amazing! Spacious, airy and tastefully decorated house. Great facilities, nice and quiet location. A couple of times we had dinner at the property and the food was delicious, can definitely recommend to try it out. Many thanks Alberto and the team for making our stay so comfortable and relaxing, we definitely will be back!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. You might expect a delicious breakfast prepared according to your preferences. You can chill by the poolside, in your private quiet place, created for relaxation. Since we were the only guests in the whole resort, Alberto was so kind to offer us a better room, which was absolutely marvelous!

Everything. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The house is almost new, has beautiful garden and pool with clean water. Staff is helpful and can arrange contacts for reliable local transport that can take you even to trips to the surrounding area (Marafa+Golden beach daytrip was totally worth it). Breakfast was awesome with tasty fresh fruit. African experience with Italian flavour!

As a couple it was sometimes difficult to make the most of the facilities but if you were with a larger group this would be a perfect place to stay with friends as the pool table and ability to have a few drinks upstairs was nice.

The breakfast was great and the host and staff were incredibly friendly. Very welcoming and accommodating. Location was great in terms of being close to amenities and although it was a short walk to the main road there were always plenty of transport options available if you weren’t comfortable walking the short distance to the busier areas. The Gym, although relatively small, was a great feature and when it got to hot to be in the sun I could quite happily keep myself busy by the pool or in the gym.

Breakfast was average in my opinion. coffee was not good at all. The chef cooked a much better dinner than breakfast. However, the host, Roberto is a lovely host.
